This company is a scam! Like some of the others below I found out (several months later) that this company was charging me $14.99 per month for a membership that I did not sign up for. I am seriously considering contacting a lawyer to start a class action law suite! There was nowhere on their website to cancel my membership (even after following their steps to cancel the membership). I called and they cancelled and sent a confirmation email. So I will wait to make sure that it has been truly cancelled. Somehow, they also, had my updated credit card information that I did not have on my payments area on their website. RUN very far from this company. I never take time to write reviews like this if it is not very serious. I am shocked at how dishonest this company is!

I contacted Plush in an attempt to get a summary Dr.'s letter for an activity I can no longer participate in due to some documented health concerns. Before my appointment, I was asked to email my lab reports to them or provide information from the labs where they were completed. Since my appt was just a few minutes away, I opted to email them the information. My Dr. was late to the appt, the app didn't work properly, she couldn't speak English, and wound up having to call me on the phone for a minute, when she told me that I should contact my primary care provider. I had to contact the company for a refund since this whole ordeal was completely useless and they are refusing to delete my information from a highly insecure storage method. Avoid them at all costs if you value top notch medical care and secure document storage. Look at their BBB rating too. They are a disgrace.

I had one call with a doctor that said he could not help and that he would refund me the money. I was automatically subscribed to an annual plan without my knowledge or consent and charged regularly. Luckily I caught the charge. I felt deceived and you have to be careful.

Upon sign up they do not tell you it’s a membership before hand….could’ve saved so much money just by going to a reg doctor. Y’all move like scammers.

I waited 10 minutes past our appointment for the doctor to log on, with a very simple request for her to rewrite a prescription from one form into another that my new insurance prefers. She was completely unfamiliar with these very basic and common prescriptions, and clearly had not read the briefing I filled out prior to the appointment. Near the end of the virtual appointment, the call dropped — because of tech issues on her end. She made zero attempt to reconnect. I had to contact customer service, which was unwilling to reconnect me or find a doctor to finish a prescription that should take about 60 seconds to write. Customer service made me wait multiple times on hold, and ultimately, their only remedy was to refund my money. Horrendous experience.

Total scam. I was never told, on the phone or in writing, that this is a SUBSCRIPTION service and that I would be charged $14.99 a month, every month, after my ONE appt. They only refunded the current month's charge, and will "send an email to billing" about the 3 prior months. SCAM! do not use! go to a legit Dr who will bill you for visits only!

Stay far away if you don't want to get charged over $300 for a 5 mins meeting and charge for nonexisting aftercare. On 9/8, I saw one of their doctors to get HBP pills. The meeting was no longer than 5 mins. I got my prescription and was told to go visit my primary doctor. They charged me $199 for the 5 mins. On 9/15, they decided to charge my insurance again for $134. They claim it's another visit. I haven't been back to visit them since the 9/8 visit. When I reached out to get information about the second claim, they told me it's for an "Annual Health Assessment." What a joke! It hasn't even been a week since I last saw them and they're charging me for an "Annual Health Assessment."I have not received any kind of "recommendations" as they claimed. They told me I shouldn't worry since it's just a preventive charge that will be covered by my insurance. It was nice to get quick help online but they will charge you for nothing. Total scam. Very disappointing. 11/8/21 - Reply to the response. I know how the billing works. I was already charged for my one visit and then charged again for a visit I didn't know about 7 days later. I already contacted your office. You told me the second charge was for an "Annual Health Assessment." However, to the insurance company, you charge it as a "medical visit." Total insurance fraud! 11/15/21 - They continue to secretly charge me $14.99 for membership without advising me at all. The $14.99 is not shown anywhere on my account with them and I can't unsubscribe without contacting them. Corruption is deep!

My daughter was in the waiting que and the doctor never came on. She tried calling the customer service for help but nobody picked up. After calling back, she was sent to VM. You PREPAY so beware. Waiting for them to respond...
