Primary office closed on weekends and finally realized continuous cough wasn’t getting better. Looked at minute clinic or urgent care knowing I would have to wait. Found PlushCare and from signing up to seeing Dr. Das was total of 20 minutes maybe. He gave short background, asked for timeline of symptoms and gave treatment plan. Antibiotics and inhaler were sent to pharmacy and filled in an hour. Well worth the out of pocket to save my time and sanity of sitting in an urgent care for an hour or two. I’m going to keep active the monthly for at least the trial period and see if I’ll utilize any more but if you’re in a similar situation, highly recommend.

This doctor was smart and kind. He made the visit very confirtable and was helpful in executing my needs medically. I am excited to continue with this same doctor at plushcare moving forward :). definitely reccomend plushcare & this doctor to anyone!

Plushcare,Doing it the right way Let me start by saying its hard enough to make your mind up to see a doctor about weight loss, which is what i need. 53 years old and many joint related surgeries later due to osteoarthritis and wear and tear from College sports and after. I actually was told about another company and spent a lot of money thinking i was on my way. a full month later, and nothing. This company forces you to use their app to communicate which they never do. Plushcare from the first moment, i called, selected 2 to be called back and a PERSON called me back. And SPOKE TO ME!! Huge... and i felt better. skeptical still. But i did, i joined looked at the appts to see a doctor about my weight loss and low and behold, I had a 7:15AM appt the next day - SATURDAY to be honest. Dr Savery was fantastic. Her "bedside" manner immediately dismissed the whitecoat syndrome i typically get and clam up. We exchanged some details and talked about my passed and how i had gotten here. Then a discussion about medications used in helping with weight loss, helping to keep my cholesterol and A1c down, and other stuff at levels they need to be at. Within 3 days, i filled out their intake form for the prior authorization, received a message back that same day stating it was received and sent to my provider, and in two days I was approved for the medicine. a day later i had my medicine. I am still waiting to hear back from the previous company i was with about my prescription, and anything else i sent a message about. In fact the second denial on the prior authorization when with this company was because my pharmacy provider was also trying to reach the company/doctors and could never get a response. So they denied me. Plushcare and everyone i have worked with in the last week have been just fantastic. If more companies, doctors offices, etc., would model how things are done at Plushcare, be a lot of happy and satisfied patents. I thank you plushcare, Dr Savery and everyone in the supporting staff that assisted.

I’ve used online services before but they don’t really compare to PlushCare, I love the array of available appointments and doctors. Everyone I’ve spoke with has been knowledgeable and helpful!
