Signed up, booked an appointment and the doctor never checked in for the appointment. $129 down the drain. Do not use this service.

Definitely don’t recommend. Paid $129, with insurance, for a rushed visit with a rather condescending doctor who seemed annoyed. Was advised to get labs and follow up in a month. Immediately canceled the membership after the visit was over. The service definitely isn’t worth the perceived convenience, just wait for you in-person visit and have all of your questions answered. Biggest waste of time and money. Please, spare yourself.

Doctor was incredibly rude, and actually hung up on me.

What a waste of time and money. I feel like I was fooled out of 130 dollars. Got the labs required wanted me to pay another 70 to go over those labs. I’m not sure the so called doctor has an actual medical license.

I recently scheduled an appointment for my brother who has severe anxiety. I got recommended medication from an ER psychiatrist the night before, and was only seeing if we could get a prescription because it had helped him a lot. After giving her background on the situation, she talked to my brother. After talking to him, she notified me that she had called social services and it was her call, not mine. Ten minutes later, 4 police officers showed up to my doorstep. This further worsened my brother's anxiety. Once the police was at my doorstep, they were trying to get in contact with the doctor, and she did not answer. So the officers and my family were just standing around our front doorstep bewildered and baffled at the situation. We hired this doctor for her expertise, which she did not showcase. She called the police on a house where the anxiety ridden patient lived. What was supposed to be an easy appointment, turned out to be a nightmare. Absolutely insane how a doctor on this platform can make a call like that, without thinking of the consequences for the patient and family. If you need medical attention, I suggest you be careful and look elsewhere.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Huldin and was charged a $20 copay, even though my insurance charges $10 for a telehealth appointment. They told me to send in an EOB once I had one so I could be reimbursed for the extra $10 that I paid. I finally emailed it over to them but Meaghan, which I am sure is not even her real name, continues to fight me saying that the EOB does not reflect the correct information and will not reimburse me. I have verified FIVE times that I am sending the correct EOB. So incredibly frustrated. I would NOT recommend Plush care to anyone because it seems to be near impossible to work with the billing team. UPDATE 12/20/22: I did some investigating into this. It turns out that they actually billed my insurance twice. Once for the date the of service and once for what they call “a health review”. It had a date of service that NEVER occurred. I called my insurance company to let them know and they are currently investigating the claim for possible fraud. You can’t just bill insurance for a service that never occurred on a random date - that is insurance fraud. I responded to the email string with Plushcare to let them know I was going to have the claim investigated. They were quick to refund me the extra money I paid.

Paid 129.00 for absolutely nothing. Went to a real doctor the next day and was prescribed the proper medication to fight a severe case of the flu. I would never recommend these group. Said insurance would cover and that was bogus too.

Got charged $130 for the doctor that never showed, then $50 for whatever else. No customer support whatsoever. I’m getting my money back with Amex. Stay away from this company.
