Made an appt and doctor was a no show. I was charged $50 missed appt fee. The charge was to be $15 which they also ran my card 3x, so i/o paying $15 for my copay, I paid $45. So a total of $95 and I never got to see the damn doctor.

I had a follow-up appointment today.. It went great.., The down fall is realizing I’m paying as thought I do not have insurance when I have Cigna..Calling there customer service is truly disappointing because you never get anyone. Now here’s the kicker the medication I was prescribed is back ordered from the manufacturer. How could the provider not know this? I will be canceling this service.. Note to self go to your primary care physician because this way of working is concerning.

I did not make an account and looks like the company is adding accounts to get subscribers racked up. They refuse to remove my account in their system, an account that I did not make. Google alerted me to a possible identity threat on the web is how I even found out about this. I believe this company is defrauding investors and markets by falsely raising its user base.

Spoke to doctor who was going to send 3 prescriptions to pharmacy. The RX never arrived. I contacted the company and no response. Bad customer service and still had to go to urgent care. Waste of money and time.

I am pretty sure they are running a scam here. Their website says that they accept Humana insurance. THEY DO NOT!!! Furthermore they state that Humana customers only pay $30 copay. ALSO FALSE!!! When I went to set up an appointment, their system says that I had to pay the full amount like a cash customer, despite having health insurance through Humana. When I called, the phone was answered by some lady who was clearly working out of her house. She had a baby screaming in the background and it was so loud I could barely hear what she was saying. She told me to just pay the full amount and they would file the paperwork with my insurance and I would get a refund. I told her that's not how co-pays work. She said it was how they did things there. It sounded suspicious, so I called my insurance company. They told me they don't pay for PlushCare. Human told me that NOT NOW, NOR HAVE THEY EVER HAD PLUSHCARE LISTED AS AN APPROVED PROVIDER. EVER. Even if it was out of network, my insurance would have covered some of it. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT HUMANA INSURANCE. THEIR WEBSITE IS WRONG AND THEY KNOW IT!!!!! Once you pay, and wait for a reimbursement, they have your money and you can't do ANYTHING about it. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

A follow up from my last review. I had an appointment on 01/27/2022 at a local Banner Health where my doctor actually listened to my wants & needs about a full blood panel. His exact words were “a full blood panel is never a bad thing to do, I recommend doing them once a year” which was a complete different from Allison Levell saying “I’m not chasing a “full blood panel” when we already know what your hormone levels are at” so I got my results back and I have extremely high testosterone which could be causing my acne…. So glad that I advocated for myself instead of listening to Plush cares “doctors”

Signup is simple. Getting to your appointment via virtual calls is easy. The problem lies if you have an issue outside of the quick doctor's call. I did my labs, and logged into appointments early but if my pharmacy needed to reach out to them for a code to process prescriptions, nothing. I excused the first week of errors due to the holidays. I paid for an appointment, was prescribed my medicine that couldn't be filled, and needed the team to contact the pharmacy. I messaged them on Monday. SUNDAY they responded to me, telling me to book another appointment. A WEEK! A WEEK, to communicate with someone. Highly unprofessional. I have booked another appt with another Doctor to see if this is a one-off but I am NOT impressed. I will edit and add more after my next experience. I will take my money elsewhere to another app. -And no need to respond to my review. I've had it up to here with the poor customer service. Hire someone who specializes in Customer concerns, responses and inquiries. UPDATE: Stop responding with a request for your upset customers to EMAIL you. Proving the point you need to hire a Customer Success Specialist.

Expect to go more than one visit and them not to respond to you for follow up.Sent two messages with nothing.
