I am a bad risk Covid 19 patient. Despite being vaccinated 5X even with the most recent vaccine I was getting worse and worse by the hour. My own OptumCare doc did nothing for me. It was a long weekend coming up and without a Paxlovid script I would need hospitalization So I turned to PlushCare.com to get a paxlovid script. Because of PlushCares excellent Physician I started to recover in just 2 days ! I am so happy I found PlushCare

Very happy with this option, when I don't want to spend half a day or more driving, waiting in doctors' offices, calling around for appointments, etc., for services that can be done far more efficiently online. The website was transparent and easy to navigate, and I was very pleased with the (board certified and experienced) doctor who saw me.

I was too sick to leave home to see my regular doctor so I called Plush Care and got a great doctor who was really interested in how sick I was and didn't try to rush me thru like my regular doctors often has to do. She asked a lot of good questions and gave me medicine that helped me to feel much better right away.

Plushcare is awesome! Been using them for many years. Long before covid. This is where Healthcare should start. A phone call. Most things, and prescriptions, can be handled over the phone. They can arrange anything needed from there. Prescriptions - no problem. Blood work - no problem. Referrals - no problem. It's just like an in person doctor's visit, but it's over the phone.

Our local telemedicine urgent care did not have any openings until 7pm, so I was grateful to find Plushcare telemedicine so we could get antibiotics for my daughter’s 3rd day of ear infection asap that morning, just an hour after I signed up. Customer service hotline was so helpful and informed. And the doctor was great, very thorough and patient, with great diagnosis and advice. Thankful for technology in medicine and healthcare!
