Dr. never even showed up. Pretty sure this site is a scam. I'm a real, regular person just looking for some affordable and accessible healthcare and I should've known better than to expect it from a company. Disgusting.

This was the second time I utilized plush care services and received no help. Im running a temperature for 3 days with deep cough and significant sinus pain. I thought it would be easier to go through plush care since i have a disabled child to care for on top of work. I received zero treatment, zero sympathy. I was told by Dr Law she is there to give advise. This is not a doctor visit. Save your money & time and go to immediate care. This is not an option if you need immediate help .

Like others I paid, and scheduled an appointment, and waited..and waited... I finally checked my email to be informed that the provider is late...and i have to reschedule. I was disconnected. I have requested a refund of my 129. No response from customer care line via phone (on hold) and via email chat. I also believe this to be a scam. They keep up a good pretense... take insurance , fill out forms.. but then..no appointment. And when you call.. absolutely no answer.. Feel this is collecting health info and data. Considering the name PlushCare, this service is nothing close to "plush" or convenient. The only convenient thing about PlushCare is being able to schedule a doctor's appointment and be overcharged for services. Other than that, Care Support, Prescription Support, Communication is absolutely awful. This service seems more like a 'money grab' or 'side hustle' for Doctors and PlushCare more than it is an actual/genuine Medical Provider. Good idea, but absolutely awful in reality.

If you sign up for an account on this site, you may find yourself receiving confusing emails and bills with unexplained charges. The customer service team is unresponsive and doesn't address your concerns when you try to reach out to them. During my visit with one of their doctors, they didn't show up at the scheduled time, which was frustrating. The second doctor I saw gave me the wrong prescription and misdiagnosed my condition, which caused additional problems. Overall, if you're willing to risk being charged for no apparent reason and receiving care from unprofessional doctors, this app may be for you.

Horrible business practices, Plushcare has appointment system issues confirmed by the customer service rep. There are glitches in the appointment system that cause some appointments not to show up for them, and some appointments are automatically made for you which result in a $50 no show fee. My text message confirmed an appointment on the 24th, system wouldn’t recognize my address, so I was not able to complete sign up. Called customer service and the rep assured me I wouldn’t be charged, never fixed the address recognition. Another appointment was automatically made for me next day. The first appointment did not send an email confirmation, just a text message and customer service said it showed I never made an appointment on that first day. I had to argue with the second customer service rep in order to be refunded. She told me not to go by text message confirmations, and to go only by the email, and addressed me as if I was lying. Horrible experience, and I won’t be using this company for telehealth. Too many inconsistencies which seems shady.

The physician didn't show up, and the fee was charged thou ($69) - they have my medical insurance info and despite that, they charged me as if they didn't have it!!! I spent 4 hours on the phone asking for a full refund- nobody got the phone. I cancel the membership and deleted my credit card info. I've been scammed and I need help. These kinds of unethical companies are making money from sick people leading to the issue that medical appointments covered by insurance take forever to find a spot with a physician. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
