The service is great, fast and efficient. There is a wealth of time slots and doctors to choose from, so waiting times are minimal and usually under 30 minutes. For minor aches and pains, it is much better and much more efficient than trying to book an appointment with your usual PCP and then having to wait in their office even though you have an appointment! It cuts down on all the waiting. The Plush Care doctor I see (I try to see the same one whenever I can) is knowledgeable and listens carefully to my concerns, then asks in-depth questions. Prescriptions are swiftly sent to my pharmacy and I can often pick up in less than an hour. The support stuff is also very efficient and responds quickly, both over the phone and on the app. Top marks!

Excellent response time for a video call with a doctor and excellent support

Booking my doctor's visit was a breeze, and my insurance covered it. Plus, the post-visit support was excellent with email, chat, and phone options available. I booked my follow-up visit in just a few clicks. After my evaluation and labs, my doctor sent a prescription directly to my pharmacy. It was so easy and effective. I saw dr Jennifer Spurlock and she was the nicest dr I have seen for a long time. It’s crazy that the best experience I’ve had in a long time was with an online dr. I’ve done a couple other online drs but I won’t be going anywhere else now. She actually cared and made a follow up appointment. If you try PlushCare u won’t be disappointed. I wasn’t. 5 stars.
