Do not use this service! It will automatically sign you up for a membership and if you don’t cancel and it’s hard to figure out how to cancel it will cost you a fortune! I was out of state and needed an eye drop. That’s all! This visit has cost me over 250 dollars! Don’t do it! November- today and it still won’t cancel out completely until my next payment. Goes through. It’s a scam!

Illegitimate website. Applied for weight loss drug. Paid and completed blood test by doctor’s orders. I get rejected by my insurance for coverage because Plushcare submitted the paperwork with my height as 7’ instead of 5’7” so my BMI appeared too low to qualify. I told Plushcare and they gaslit me into thinking I got rejected for not having diabetes (mind you I applied for a strictly WEIGHT LOSS drug, not any drug for diabetes). After back and forth getting proof of Plushcare’s mistake from my insurance, Plushcare submits a 30 day appeal instead of calling the Prior Authorization phone number to expedite like my insurance suggested!! It is over 90 days later and I never heard anything about getting approved. This company is such a joke and highly unprofessional!

Plushcare, unlike other Virtual Visit telemedicine providers, tells you that they have NO psychiatrists, when there are a multitude of psychiatrists listed on THEIR OWN SITE! Then, you're told that they do NOT prescribe controlled substances, even as low level as benzodiazepines. On top of this, their agent was rude, besides lying that they have no psychiatrists. I wouldn't deal with this company, period.

Do not use the company! Their billing is a nightmare. I stopped using them 3 months ago, paid my copays, Plushcare's charges AND I'm still getting billed.

In a nutshell, what everyone else is complaining about. They don't honor their guarantee that if you're not treated you will be refunded, they claim they take insurance but of course are out of network for even BCBS and UHC and then surprise bill you for another $100 or so. Then the service itself - the doc mis-prescribed a medication meaning I was on the hook to pay another provider for the service I should have gotten here. Customer service is awful. After 8 times emailing with them they don't even answer my question about whether the "guarantee" is for real or just a way to stick it to you with high bills. Never, ever use them.

Absolutely horrible. So far, for a 10-minute phone call, I've been charged 3 times. I had a specific problem - a rash which I wanted to discuss with a doctor, but instead, I ended up being charged for an annual physical check (!?) without my knowledge or consent (!?) and twice for the consultation. I've been on the phone with them probably 20 times since this absolute bonkers situation happened and it is still not resolved. Do not waste your money on this provider; you'll end up paying more than for an in-person visit.

Plushcare on the surface offers a lost cost entry to healthcare. But it's really not. They advertise as uninsured being the cost of membership + $129 a visit. We used insurance for a visit and paid $129 up front, and a month later were billed for near $200. Meaning to say: if you have insurance it's now okay to rip you off for more than an uninsured visit. That is in and of itself in bad faith. It definitely doesn't make sense compared to other fixed cost providers. The care itself was not extraordinary and I would not recommend using this platform over competitors - the care is the same, the cost is not.

Today I was waiting for the Dr Jessica Saberman since like 1.5 hours and then I realized she was not available . Thanks for wasting my time and my Saturday.
