I was extremely sick and fatigued and didn't feel safe to drive to an urgent care. However, I most likely had a flu or severe cold. I was able to see a doctor the same day I signed up for Plushcare within an hour or 2 of signing up. I had dozens of options. When my phone had issues with the video chat the doctor called me to complete the appointment. He also prescribed me medication and wrote me a note for work. Many doctors will just tell me to take otc meds, and I already was taking otc meds and they weren't working. The prescription medications worked much better for me. I will definitely use Plushcare again the next time I am sick and need something similar to urgent care. I liked being able to wait in comfort at home instead of waiting for hours at urgent care or an ER.
