Good Doctor. Prompt, professional

Great experience! I decided to try the service and was able to schedule an appointment within 45 minutes of signing up. I had ZERO wait time for the appointment and had a Rx sent to my pharmacy within 15 minutes. This process would have taken a few days at best had I made an appointment and gone to my normal primary care doctor, and I probably would have been sitting in the waiting room for an hour. With PlushCare, I scheduled the appointment, attended the appointment and got the Rx in a little less than an hour. On top of that, I got a message from the doctor the next following up on me. Amazing!

Sign-up and setting my first appointment could not have been easier. The video interface was intuitive and worked flawlessly. My provider also exceeded my expectations. I could not have been happier with my first experience.

Super easy to get on the network and sign up. Spoke to a Doctor (Gary Yap) in less than 1.5 hours. I had previously tried another provider (Form) and was told I had a 3 week wait to talk to a Doctor. My doctor’s bedside manner was great the level of questions was thorough. All that was 5 stars service. What made this so much better was the next day while I was attempting to get my blood drawn the Doctor directly followed up and ensured everything was taken care of. I was very skeptical of telemedicine before. Now I am an evangelist.
