I’ve used PlushCare for over a year and am very happy with my care. I had moved, needed to find a new primary care doctor and decided to go with telehealth temporary. 15 months later, I’m still with PlushCare and I love it. My physician is professional and competent. The appointments are quick and more frequent but that is ok with me. I feel like the physician manages my health so much better than my prior in-person appointments. She has gotten to know me, she orders labs when I need them and has referred me out to a specialist. Her medical team is responsive and have worked with me on med authorizations and referrals. The process on line has been no harder than with my in-person providers. There is no perfect medical system but for me, I have been very happy.

Was thankful to be away on Vacation and not need to go to an EMERGI Center for a prescription/ diagnosis. Holiday weekend no one nor most pharmacies were open in the areal.
