I had a horrible experience with this service. I have a horrible sore throat. It feels like fire. Its been about 3 days and It’s getting progressively worse. I believe I have strep throat. The “doctor” said there is nothing wrong-maybe a viral infection. She advised me to take some otc meds. That was it. She didn’t ask to see my throat-nothing. If you want a better experience and not someone telling you something that doesn’t make any sense, find another service. If you like just giving away 129.00, use Plush Care.

It was typical healthcare. 30 seconds and tossed aside. Did not read my chart or listen to a word I said.

While I was making an appointment with my local urgent care center, a screen pop-up asked if I wanted a same-day appointment. I clicked yes. A bunch of available times popped up, and I started down an expensive rabbit hole. All the while, I thought I was still on my local urgent care site. Only at the end did I discover I had "joined" PlushCare and could not cancel the telehealth appointment without a $75 charge! Moreover, they also wanted to bill me $19.99 a month for my "membership." Of course, I notified my credit card company and I will dispute the charge. I'm now trying to cancel this scammy "membership." Waiting on hold for PlushCare ... Follow-up When PlushCare finally called me back, a very helpful and pleasant young man worked to cancel my subscription and refund the cancellation fee. I’m waiting to make sure that all shows up on my credit card account.

Doctor didn’t show up. They wanted to double charge to to “hopefully” get connected with another doctor. Such a joke

Didn't show up for my appointment then charged ME a cancellation fee. This is a scam, be ware!

They will charge you for an appointment just for the Dr to tell you they can't prescribe the medication you need.

I've had trouble finding a new doctor in my area who has good patient reviews and is accepting new patients. (My last one retired a year ago.) So I thought I'd give PlushCare a try. It was nice to be able to make a same day appointment, but I was really disappointed with my initial call with the doctor I was assigned to. Her photo looked professional, but on the call she looked (and acted) either stoned or like she just crawled out of bed. She rushed throught the intake questions so quickly I could barely understand her, let alone interrupt quickly enough to respond. She said I needed to obtain blood labs if I hadn't done so within the last two months. I told her I had and could provide the results, but she went ahead and ordered labs anyway and said I needed to go to their partner lab. She seemed to be in a rush to end the call as quickly as possible. I was charged $130 for a 10 minute call plus the $20 monthly membership fee and got zero value out of it. I inquired about a refund since I didn't plan to move forward with the service and was told that since the call was "successful", which they define as you spoke with a doctor, they refused a refund. I do not recommend this service.

Care should not be in their name. Rip-off for AI. Shady for just trying to get some phony, unauthentic note. Spend your money elsewhere.
