No one showed up for my appointment and then they tried to bill ME for being the no show after I was sitting online for 20 minutes and had arrived early. I then spent ANOTHER 10 minutes on hold to get ahold of a real person who just said 'oh, it was a technical error, want to rebook?' I'd worked a 12 hour shift and was exhausted but stayed awake JUST for this appointment. I HATE Plushcare, they won't help you at all! Just thieves and scam artists like everyone else! 😡

I made an appointment this morning and the doctor never showed up but they charged my card. Horribly disappointed.

I entered my information but never made an appointment, yet they charged me $50 as a “no show”. I’ll be fighting that. It’s a scam.

After being on a care plan and medication for 12 weeks we moved to Texas (air force spouse). I cane to plush care to seek continued treatment and new prescription while Im setting up new providers in my new location. The provider sent a request for lab work and said I can sign up and pay another 180 dollars to see him again after labwork is submitted. This company will try to book as many appointments as possible before providing care to make more money.

Supposedly you can pay with insurance, but when you enter your info it says it doesn't match. Checked it over and over again. Everything is correct and up to date. Yes, my provider is included in the list of accepted providers, yes I selected the correct one but still they say it doesn't match. This makes it feel scammy, like they're trying to get you far enough along in the process that you'll just agree to pay out of pocket because you don't want to start all over again someplace else. Even if it's totally just a goof up somehow, it still feels scammy.

Lengthy sign up process and didn't even realize you're also signing up for a monthly subscription. Had to download their app and go through a process to set up an online visit in which the doctor didn't show up for. Then had to wait on hold to talk to someone about rescheduling/canceling.

My initial experience with the doctor was good but I changed my mind about the coarse of care and decided to cancel my account because I was not going to need it and even though I have cancelled my account and my account shows no active subscription I keep getting charged by plushcare. I asked for my card to be removed so this would stop and they claimed it was but once again, I am finding more charges from plushcare on my account. I want my cards and my account deleted but customer service is no help.
