Buyer Beware- for meds where you normally get refills on (ie - blood pressure meds) they will only give you 90 days supply with 0 refills. This basically means you have to book 3 more appointments at $129 each instead of the normal single visit at a local doctor's office. They never mention this in any disclaimer. Again, this is for standard blood pressure medication and they want 3 additional visits (extra $520). Last time I will ever use them again. When I asked the doctor about this, she proclaimed it was a new law, which is not true. They are simply trying to milk you for more money. Run away fast! NOT RECOMMENDED

Their billing practices are dishonest. They advertise one price then when you put in your health insurance they charge you alot more. The doctor I saw was ok.

Charged me a $50 fee because their app had technical difficulties and didn’t work properly at the time of my appointment so I had to cancel the appointment.

Unfortunately I appear to fall under the bad experience category. I booked an initial appointment and an hour before it, I got an email that the provider had to cancel due to a family emergency. I understood, was sympathetic and booked for later in the week. I sat on the call for almost 40 minutes and the provider did not show, so I contacted the Care Team, and really got no answers on what was going on (and it was a bit of a strange interaction), however, they did refund my $20 visit copay. I rebooked for yet another week and once again, the provider was a no show. This time, I gave it 60 full minutes! I don't want to deal with another weird interaction with the Care Team so I guess I've just lost the $20, plus the additional month subscription of $15 for a service I have YET TO USE after almost 2 months due to now shows. The money is one thing, but not getting the healthcare that I'm seeking is the biggest disappointment. Goodbye, PlushCare. It should be called Don'tCare.

Doctor no showed yesterday. Zen desk said “he was running too far behind and needed to cancel.” I was to reschedule with no cost. Called and rescheduled for the next day (no same day appts). Now I’m sat here having the same experience. Twenty one minutes late and looking like this doctor (a different doctor) is going to no show. It’s a lot of time and work to prepare for these appts. Pretty unreliable.

Website does not list accepted insurances and they do not answer their telephones! I was on hold for over ten minutes. I won't try again.

Signed up to set a same day app and every credit card if use, it was decline saying payment failed with no reason. Then when I checked the credit card account, it shows there is a hold. So I'm not sure if this is a scam, when I called the number on my credit card for them 10 min hold with no answer. It hung up! This is disappointing.

This company is the worst and it is mainly because they have no customer service team and are clearly understaffed. I went back and forth for two months with them. Repeating the same thing over and over with no resolution. They take days or even a week at some points to answer you. No one reads the history and the responses are scripted. If you care about your health. Physical and mental...look for another provider. Having used two previously in other states. This one again is the absolute worst.
