Very disappointed with the service. Not only did the doctor misdiagnose, but they could not prescribe the medication needed for my sleep deprivation. Also, they claim that they work with United Health, but my insurance denied the claim and now I'm being billed $140 for my virtual visit. VERY MISLEADING. I consulted another doctor from another company and the doctor was more knowledgeable and put me on the prescription that I needed for my issue.

Doctor “couldn’t figure out how to use the video” and NEVER sent off my prescription. I paid $120 for absolutely nothing. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

They are a 100% rip off. They only want to charge you for doctors appointments but don't help with the prescription. It is very simple - doctor has all you information, they get prior authorization from the insurance company and then fill the prescription. The never did any of that. Just take your money...

I feel like I got scammed. I booked an appointment to meet with a sleep specialist and when I met with the Dr he told me that they do not offer sleep meds because of company policy. The call lasted 5 minutes and I got nothing out of it.

They have adhd care listed on their site BUT the exception must be if youre black because thier “doctor” gave me the “we dont prescribe medication” talk RIGHT AWAY and then was just like we’ll refund you for this visit and that was it. Id never recommend plushcare to anyone i feel worse after talking to their doctor….

Cold hearted "doctor" I suspected I had pneumonia. I put this in the description before the appointment when I finally got on with said "doctor" She was very condescending the way she spoke to me saying there's nothing she can do and to go to the ER. Why take my money then? If you can't order x-rays you should have said so before accepting the appointment and taking my money. I don't recommend these people, on top of that she was very nasty towards me rolling her eyes and scoffing at me. She made me feel like I was wasting her time, I understand you see a lot of patients everyday but treating them like they're a nuisance only makes them feel worse. Won't be using this service again.

Never received any follow up from my doctor. I sent labs, emailed several times. It’s been almost a month and nothing.

I googled “how can I get xxx medication prescribed today” and PlushCare came up with a statement on their website that said they would be able to prescribe that medication same-day. I’ve used this very common medication in the past (it’s all in my records) and I’m having the same kind of flair up that ended me in the ER and with a 60k hospital bill last December for them to only administer & prescribe me this medication. The doctor said “I can’t prescribe that medication without lab results.” I would call my PCP and she would prescribe it immediately but it’s the weekend and she’s unavailable. The PlushCare doctor said that the lab results would take a couple days but if that’s too long to go to the ER. So helpful.
