This organization is a sham. Horrible service. Total money grab.

Waited on line for the video call. Dr. never showed. Then I got an email saying I was the one who didn't show. And charged me $50. Customer care can't be reached. Pretty sloppy technology

Plushcare use sly auto membership practices without providing any clear information , heads-up to this effect. It goes without saying that the membership does not provide any value whatsoever. Be aware

The absolute worst medical care I have received. I was twice prescribed different medications for an inhaler. Both were rejected by the insurance company. After each interaction, I called both Plush Care and the insurer. I was informed by each to contact the other. The insurance company said they have an online list of medications covered, but Plush Care customer service said they cannot access the online list. (What?) They said I should check with my insurance company to see what is covered (but how does the insurance company know what is appropriate for my condition?) Never never never again.

If you book an appointment and pay by creditcard they sneakily sign you up for a monthly subscription service. Check your statement!

I had to pay $90 every time I visited with the doctor. The appointments were only 15 minutes. The doctor had me on a weight loss plan and it was going well. I was on two prescriptions for my plan, but at my last appointment we only talked for 10 minutes and only discussed one of my prescriptions. My other prescription was out so I messaged asking if the doctor was going to renew it and they told me I had to make another appointment for prescriptions. Even though I simply needed a refill and I think the doctor just forgot to discuss it or something. Bottom line, you can’t talk to the doctors without a visit even if it’s just a refill prescription. I hate not being able to talk to the doctor without shelling out the $90 (which is on top of the $15 monthly service fee).

What a horrible incompetent company! PlushCare did not bill my insurance correctly. They continue to send past due notices and threats to send me to a collection agency. In April (and now it is October!) I sent them the message I received from my insurance company. I owe them nothing and they have still not provided the correct information to my insurance company. Message from my insurance company: "Thank you so much for your time. Upon review of these three claims, I can see that claim #1 & #2 were denied. It states that the provider was advised that additional information was needed to process the claim. That information was not received and the claims therefore were denied. If the provider would like to get this adjusted and have questions on how to do so or what information is needed, they can call into provider services. Both of these do show a $0.00 member responsibility."

Worst service in my life. It seems you are talking to a supermarket crew, a very unorganized one.. Every time you deal with an employee they don't seem to know the procedures. I have been trying to solve an issue, after talking to 2 different doctors and having 13 calls with crew, we have not advanced at all and are not even near a resolution. They are the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Not even gas station employees would be that unprofessional. They adised me the wrong medication, Dr Joseph Johnson was very unprofessional, even shutting off our telehealth appointment call in my face, saying "I will tell someone to return you your money"... un be lie va ble ...
