I just joined your service today. I made the first appointment at 530 and the doctor never showed up. I spoke to a care consultant who rescheduled me for 830 pm est. A different doctor never showed up for that appointment. What is going on here. I heard good things but this is really horrible service.

I can never get through to anyone via the contact number. My spouse and I have the same goal, but I have paid $150 for labs and this next appt is $129, but my husband has no fees. We have the same insurance. So I have not made my next appt bc I cannot actually get ahold of someone to speak with. One of my biggest pet peeve is when I feel a product was sold and not worth it because the company seems to lack integrity

The doctor spoke to me for less than two minutes and referred me to an ER. I wouldn’t recommend using this service.

I had a (prepaid) 10;15 consultation to obtain prescription for Covid antivirals (which all doctors know are time critical). The Dr didn't't record the appointment or send the prescription to the pharmacy. Six hours later I had a few polite "holding" messages from Customer Care but still no prescription. The only way to contact the doctor via the Plushcare site or apps to make (and pay for!) another appointment. Finally after over 6 hours (and only after I made a formal complaint to their customer care people) I received notice the prescription had been sent to the pharmacy.

Fast service, good doctor, but the follow up and the constant "money grab" is something to be desired. I met with my doctor and he listened to me about my concerns, was very professional and needed to send me for a blood test, which is understandable. I did so and had to go to Quest. I paid 129.00 for the initial visit, plus the cost of the blood test. Then I had to pay 99.00 for the follow up virtual visit to the same doctor to find out that Quest had not sent in the results to him or Plush Care. I had to schedule another appointment for a blood test (visit #2 to Quest) and schedule a third visit with the doctor, where a prescription was written. However, the Rx was out of stock, so I visited the app/website only to find that wanted me to make another appointment (for another 99.00 +) so they can "review my request." I wouldn't say it is a scam, but it wasn't my fault that their vendor (Quest) didn't send them my initial blood test results. I have written to Plush Care over 6 times and I receive the same message back... "you need to book another appointment with a doctor to discuss.." I won't do that! Also please note that there is a monthly charge to Plush Care to stay with them, so I canceled that as well (no one told me that, either)! Do they do what they say? Somewhat? They don't take care of the customer (me in this case) in a mistake I had nothing to do with...

Terrible service. Didn’t see my sick 3 year old , coz they said she wasn’t added on to account, if though she was. The dr simply said she can’t proceed and said to call customer services who will respond within minutes. It’s been half a day and one has responded. And they took full payment of $129 for an appointment which never took place

They are but a scam. They never reveal the upfront costs and charge you hundreds after an appointment and the medications are a bare minimum. For a few minutes of an appointment, do we pay in hundreds? That too not told beforehand. And the customer service is humbug and trying to type the same response with the ultimate aim to squeeze us out. Initially they said my blue shield insurance is applicable to the doctor appointment and then they said somehow the insurance is not working. So essentially they are but an online scam. Please stay away.

Not really sure what kind of illnesses they treat. The doctor I received, was really not capable or competent of doing much service at all. In fact, she even said she wasn’t comfortable and prescribing basic SSRI’s with 22 years of documented history when they advertise treating it! Haha Dr Margaret Eng. Stay wide and clear from. Bottom Line Waste Of Time & Hope
