The simplicity of booking an appointment 30 minutes ahead of time on Thanksgiving on top of it all was very cool. I did have an original appointment that the doctor didn't show up for, and the customer service team immediately credited my card as I had booked and paid for another appointment. The availability of trained doctors was outstanding.

The doctor I spoke to was personable and professional, he addressed my concerns and explained why he prescribed the medication he did. I was assured if I had any questions I could reach out and they would be answered in a timely manner. The video call was executed precisely at the time I was told it would be. Hopefully the medication works and my post surgical insomnia is relieved. Would recommend this site to others and Dr. Shaffer specifically.
