Provider acted like I was an inconvenience to her. I explained the medication situation and she absolutely refused. These are meds. I’ve been on for over a year. She refused to write it and was very rude. She acted like it was a very inconvenience to her to have to do my visit. Will absolutely never use this telehealth again if the doctor I saw is the only option

Physician is not very competent when putting in medical codes, she will get it right once then put an incorrect code for the same medication delaying patient care. Seek another Dr , it makes me question her 12 years of experience, that or she requires a lot of CE’s on how to properly use APEX/EPIC. Will seek for another Dr in person

Dr. Patrick has a huge ego - He did not seek to understand, rather turned very cocky and argumentative during the consultation. I've never had such a terrible experience with a doctor in my life.

Scam, do not use this site. No clear what will be required prior to making appointment. And will charge you $75 for canceling within 2 hrs of appointment, and that almost they show is available. Customer service awful and only by email.

They tried to charge $119 for a 15 minute zoom appointment. This zoom appointment happened in November 2025 and they charged my card in May 2026. They tried saying that they sent me text messages about it and emails. They did not. I tried to work with them in January, no one would answer the phone or return my calls as promised. When I spoke with someone in May, she said they had been "trying to charge my card for the last 6 months." Again, they did not reach out to me about that. They replied to this review asking me to reach out. I can’t reply to that so i’m editing the review: Why would I spend more of my time reaching out to this company?? you can reach out to me. I had tried to resolve this multiple times and everyone refuses to help me. making me do more leg work to fix a mistake that I did not make just proves further how terrible this company is. don’t use this company. there’s so many other tele-health options now, use any other.
