Easy to navigate the website and join, set up appointment and see the doctor. She was kind, thorough and I felt listened to.

PlushCare was a savior when I was traveling out of state. I needed to refill a prescription for a persistent sinus infection, but found out my home state provider wasn't allowed to prescribe in another state. And, oh yes, it was a weekend! The pharmacist where I was expecting to pick up the prescription mentioned looking for an online provider. My search landed me at PlushCare--with a 30-day free trial! I carefully followed all the directions and filled out the health information required for an appointment with an online provider--even though the appt was at 10pm! PlushCare sent timely reminders, instructions, and follow-up throughout the process, enabling me to know what to expect at every step. I was able to log on and connect easily. The doctor listened carefully and asked good questions. She agreed I needed a refill of my meds but suggested one that would be easier to take while traveling (one per day vs 3 x per day). I was able to pick up the prescription the next day and finally felt like I was on the road to recovery from my month-long sinus infection. While I didn't need to maintain my PlushCare membership once I was at home, canceling was clear and easy to accomplish--even before my 30-day free trial ran out. PlushCare provided a convenient and valuable service when I needed it. The name will stay in my contact list should I ever have a similar need.

I’m happy for your fast service and your approach to the customer’s experience I think you have a great company and as you grow your business I hope that your patience and understanding will remain strong I have seen 5 other doctors and I am not happy with valley health I believe they should take notes from your establishment so that they can do better in the future

It was quick, easy, convenient and the Dr was thorough. She listened, asked questions and gave me some tips also. Promptly called in my medications for pickup.
