Terrible business. So expensive for a telemedicine visit. They don’t advertise the real amount you will pay. I paid 200 dollars total and that was with insurance! Save your money and go get a proper exam In person. Or, try sesame. It’s a fixed rate of 30-40 dollars. I’m not sure how to respond to the message at the bottom but I have tried to reach out to your company and get no answers. Tell me how it’s fair to be charged almost 50 before the visit, charge the insurance, AND send me a bill for 130 dollars. Not even an in person visit is this much. Any one who is trying to go through them, stop right now and go search SESAME. Easier and so affordable!

I used Plush health for Covid medicine , doctor was good and asked relevant questions. The billing charges are not up front was told consultation fee was 64.00 but later received 5.00 monthly subscription fee and then found out my insurance was billed over 200.00 in addition to my 20.00 co-pay. I would not recommend this service due to lack of pricing transparency

Not supportive of it physicians

Doctor was nice, but this whole business is borderline a scam. Called customer service and asked if I would be charged for any consultations. She says no, consultations are covered by my insurance. After a couple of months, I receive a bill for over $500 of course. I've contested it since. Now apparently they did not cancel my membership and continued to charge me for that. To top it all off, they made an unauthorized charge on my card. I've called my bank.

Horrible service! Had to subscribe with monthly fees to see a doctor. A doctor prescribed medication. The pharmacy reached out to doctor for additional information required and according to CVS after numerous attempts, they could not prescribe meds. Then PlushCare bills me another $120 for who knows what. Messaged customer support who didn’t provide any assistance other than li service. Won’t use again. Scam!

Horrible company. The doctor didn’t inform me of a “contract” I needed to fill out for one of my prescriptions during the visit and didn’t tell me that she needed pictures of my previous medication bottles in order to fill my prescriptions. I contacted my pharmacy a few hours later and they said they never got the prescription. I then reached out to PlushCare and they said I needed to sign a contract and send the pics. I signed and sent and my pharmacy still hadn’t received the med requests a day later. Finally I went to the pharmacy after two days and the doctor from PlushCare had sent only ONE out of the four meds I needed. Meanwhile I was doing a back and forth through email with their “Care Team” and they sent me the most basic, copy and pasted responses I’ve ever seen. It’s like I was communicating with a robot. I wouldn’t recommend this nightmare of a company upon my worst enemy. I’ve done telehealth many times for the same scripts and I’ve NEVER had any issues. I’ll never use this sham of a company again. Good riddance.

THEY ARE A SCAM IF YOUR USING HEALTH INSURANCE! I am very dissatisfied with my experience. In February 2024 I enrolled into PLUSH and provided my info and made payment to see a provider for weight loss. On February 25th 2024 I had my visit with Dr. Rachel Easterwood, MD. It was easy and I felt hopeful. She ordered bloodwork and I had it done. I made a follow up with her for March 6th and she did not show up to the visit. I was told it was a schedule error. So I rescheduled again for March 10th and once again she did not join the call for the appointment. The "care team" takes MANY days to over a week to respond and the "care team" number puts you on hold so long you eventually have to hang up. I decided to try a different provider today March 11th 2024 and she was so unhelpful and refused to hear what I was saying and automatically denied treatment even though I explained my medical need and the fact that I am already on the medication but I can not afford it out of pocket with the clinic I am with now...BUT PLUSH accepts my insurance which is why I am making the change over to PLUSH. She kept talking in circles and would not listen to anything I had to say. She tried to flip the script multiple times when I corrected her with facts on why her google search of my medication is not a good fit for me in her opinion, it was a very bizarre interaction and person in general, i began to laugh a little because she was so unexperienced and seemed like a paid actor so she said she would refund my visit with her. Not only did I pay out of pocket for the visits and waste my time waiting on appointments that were a no show, I am still without my medication. This service seems very suspicious and I am concerned PLUSH is purposely denying I am very dissatisfied with my experience.

Dr. Was good, kind and helpful, they took so long to get my lab results back. I have filled out the form for the pre approval of my medication and sent to their staff 10 days ago, my insurance has not received it yet. It’s been over a month in the unsuccessful process of trying to get a prescription medication from their service. I try to call PlushCare and get stuck in never answered calls. Very frustrating
