Overall experience was pleasant. Prompt with open availability with my primary care doctor. Managing staff are very responsive and helpful with their responses. All the doctors I've encountered thus so far are professional, empathetic and ethical. I would highly recommend the use for telehealth providers .

It was a wonderful experience. We live in a fast paced society and it's sometimes not very convenient, practical, or cost effective to take the time to focus on your health needs. It can also take a month or more to get an appointment in some cities. I find Plushcare to be a simple and easy alternative that fits in with your schedule and the provider that I worked with was very personable and friendly. Highly recommended.

I found PlushCare via a web search for urgent care when I was traveling to the San Francisco Bay Area for work and had a severe sinus infection. PlushCare was only licensed in a few areas at that time, and telemedicine wasn't a big thing yet but I decided to try and see since it let me stay in my hotel room. I've never looked back. Providers are always compassionate and helpful, and I'm always able to get an appointment when I need it for prescription refills or urgent care needs without having to spend time traveling and waiting in a physical location.

Despite five vaccinations and a flu shot the week before, my wife and I tested positive for COVID-19 2 days apart. I left a message for our PCP and never received a return call. I requested a virtual visit but was advised that the 1st available date was a week away. We wanted to start a regimen of Paxlovid but needed a physician's Rx. I contacted PlushCare and reached a doctor within 15 minutes, which was the time it took to complete the registration forms. Two days later, my wife tested positive, and once again, we reached out to PlushCare. Happily, they allow family members to share accounts. Since this was on a Saturday, available appointments required longer waits. At the pre-arranged time, she met with her assigned physician and received her Rx for Paxovid. The whole process is convenient and provides a valuable resource when in need.
