I am visiting USA from Australia and needed antibiotics and this service was great. It ended up costing $205 AUD for the Telehealth meeting which I was happy with as I have heard so many bad stories about huge doctor/hospital bills in USA. Only small hitch was it required an American phone number to be entered to make the booking (it wouldn’t accept the +61 Australian county code) so I had to ask a friend to use their number, but that’s neither here nor there. Great service and I’m on my antibiotics now!

Dr.Tilman was so empathetic, amazing listener, quickly diagnosed my sinus issues & set up a follow up. I had been suffering for 2 weeks & it mimicked the flu. I was able to get an appointment within 10 minutes. My medications were at the pharmacy within 5 minutes of ending our call. Being dizzy, I couldn’t drive anywhere to see a dr & definitely didn’t want to spread my infection. My drugstore delivered it asap. I am so glad I took the leap & tried Plushcare. Thank you Dr Tilman! What a great experience.

I have been using Plushcare since June of 2024. I can only speak of Dr Towne because she is the only one I h have seen. She's amazing! Great listener, great advice and awesome dr. I have also only had one issue with a billing error but the service team has also been very helpful and it was resolved! They always follow up!

I’ve been a customer since June 2024. The website is a little wonky sometimes, but they seem to be good about fixing glitches. Human customer service is fantastic, responsive, and effective. Dr. Ko is kind and efficient! I have been recommending PlushCare to my colleagues.

I have been using PlushCare for 2 years now and have never had a bad experience. I wish I could say the same about doctors I have seen in person. They always listen, recommend, and follow up. Reminders are a must for me and they come in email and text. I can pull up any of my tests and doctors notes on the app. The convenience of anytime doctors is amazing! I have even used them when traveling across country.

Dr. Ross was warm and kind. Why do I feel that why, my family doctor died at his desk on Nov 20, 2024. I haven’t been able fine a doctor. With asthma and COPD, I have a respiratory infection. She was just what I needed. She was just wonderful. Plush Care was great.
