These people charge consultation to talk to a doctor who sends you for labs for weight loss and then charge you again after the labs are out to get a prescription. This information is not revealed before hand for someone to make an informed decision. I refused to pay the second consultation and chose to lose the money I paid for the first consultation.

I had an appointment and there was a technical issue so the app did not connect me with my doctor. I was told I would be refunded. They charged me 3 times for one appointment I actually managed to have after several attempts at trying to connect with the doctor. Once I called them they told me they weren’t showing the 3 transactions. I sent them a screenshot of my bank account, they told me to call my bank t because they could not help me. I would recommend Zocdoc. I had no issues with them.

Dr. Showed up almost 30 min late. They tried to bill me more after I paid the initial fee. This was a week after I signed up. When reaching out to customer service, they could not answer simple questions about billing. Very elusive in their answers. Not happy with service or support.

Beware of this company. so called Dr. Bonnie Berger-Durnbaugh is a fraud. She is also a Lier. I talked to her back on 05/21/23 and she did not do anything for me and told me that she would not charge me for talking to her. Now almost 1 year later is trying to charge my credit card for something she told me she would NOT do. I hate liars and would NOT recommend this place to my family, friends or worst enemy. I trusted her and really thought she would do what she said and NOT charge me, because she did not do anything, and we were not the video more than 5 minutes. This is why people do don't trust people, because of her. She gives this company a really BAD names and is setting a BAD example.

Doctor literally never showed. Customer service rep “Zen” was very rude

I have been charged a monthly service fee and have not used their services. I can’t remove my credit card and I tried to cancel my membership online and the instructions they provide are not supported on their website or app. I called for assistance and was on hold 15 minutes and then I was hung up on. I sent an instant message for support and was told I’ll get a response in 2-3 days. I’m extremely frustrated. I have been charged a fee on my HSA account for several months and just realized it. It should not be this difficult to cancel a membership.

My visits w/ Dr. Jaw are always perfect. I had made multiple visits to work around lab work that she needed to discuss health and refill prescriptions. And I thought I cancelled all visits not needed. However one was not and came thru this morning to my surprise. I'm annoyed that being a regular patient that I could not reschedule it for a near future visit and instead was charged 50.00 I also prior to these visits reached out to the Health Team and Coordinators to explain special circumstances of my need for an emergency supply of meds due to travel. I think the draw back to the experience is everything is very robotic as far as support on the app. As I said none of this has anything to do with my physician.

The online doctor from plush care told us to have my 2 years old deal with the pain , in addition to misdiagnoses, no medication or treatment was given. We had no choice but took our kid to see other doctor in clinic the next day. Right away , the pediatrician prescribed antibiotics and other medications. I won’t use Plush Care anymore. Based on our experience , it is a scam indeed not to mention we have to pay upfront and being charged again after with insurance.
