Excellent service for a new patient in immediate need. I was able to make a same day appointment within hours of my application and was seen by a professional doctor who was prepared, on time, in her doctor's coat, and made the correct diagnosis for my acute medical issue. This service was a lifesaver. I was in need of medication for a persistent and acute issue that could not be overlooked any longer and to have someone who wasn't the emergency room option, that was also affordable and pleasant to be attended by, is a godsend.

I hate a great experience. I actually only "needed" a refill for my allergy medication, but ended up also getting a referral for a mammogram -- something I have needed for six years. She was the first doctor to really listen to me and to be kind in a way that out me at ease, and I asked if she could refer me for preventative care. She said she could. It is very hard to find a doctor that will let you be in control of your own care, at your own pace. So, for me it was GREAT. I found them on Google at 7:30 a.m. and booked an appointment for 8:00 a.m.. I immediately got a text message with a link for the app, which I downloaded and filled out all my intake information. When I had finished there was a second text waiting for me with the link to the video appointment. I was about 2 minutes early, and the doctor logged on right on time; at 8am. The visit was covered by my insurance with only a $15 copay and my medication was sent to the pharmacy immediately where I was able to pick it up an hour and a half later. I was so happy with my experience. I've signed up for the monthly subscription. I live 20 minutes from town and any kind of a doctor, so for me this was incredibly convenient. However, even if I didn't live 20 minutes from town, this would still be an option I would absolutely utilize, which is why I signed up for the subscription.

I've used PLUSHCARE several times throughout the years since COVID. I've always been impressed with the doctors and it is easy to use the same doctor or change to suit my time constraints. The Customer service representatives have helped me to make appointments as well as navigating the app. The only problem I've incurred is with pain medications of any type and that is regulated by the government not Plushcare.

I spoke with the agent, Jeanette J., who was absolutely wonderful. I mistakenly tried to get an appointment online for an in office visit but instead scheduled a virtual consultation. When I realized my mistake and canceled that appointment I was charged another fee. I was in a panic but Jeanette handled everything smoothly and encouraged me to get well soon.
