I definitely do not recommend. They are not upfront about costs, so be prepared for surprise bills. First of all, the place that they sent me for bloodwork billed me over $500 which is insane! Then I got billed an additional amount for my appointment, and never was able to get a clear response for what it was. I refused to pay the additional bills, and then they ended up pulling the payment from the card they had on file, which seems unethical. I ultimately moved over to Join Fridays and have been very happy with them (good service and upfront pricing). Way too many option out there to be messing with PlushCare!

I've simply tried to get a work note. I've been om the phone 4 different times with them today. Trying to log in and schedule an appointment. I incur an error msg that no one seems to be able to get me some tech help. Very frustrating. After all this time spent trying to do log in I'm still a square one.

This was an expensive waste of time. I spent almost 3 months attempting to get a valid prescription and zero to no help from Plush Care when I explained the problem over and over again. I gave up and asked for a full refund which they refused to give me. Extremely unhappy with the customer service. I was able to get what I needed somewhere else, faster and cheaper without any difficulties

While my initial visit was very pleasant and professional. The amount of money to cover for a 5 minute conversation is absurd. All told $290.00. You are required to pay $30.00 and then the bills keep coming. The hidden costs are a buyer beware.

My labs were never tested. They had to be sent to California, and I never really received any follow-up information from the doctor. I'm still having the same issue and now I'm at urgent care.

I LOVE my physician on Plushcare but the customer service is greatly lacking. I keep asking for updates on the prior authorization they are supposed to submit to my insurance and I just keep getting the same copy and pasted response. Today I called in and after waiting 30 min was told they are still working on it. My last appointment was April 19.

My doctor was very sweet but the overall experience is very misleading after taking the quiz. They want to make it seem like you are qualified for GLP-1 meds right away just for that to not be the case SMH. LIES! There are other places that will prescribe you properly without trying to take your money. Refused labs and prescriptions and they are forcing me to pay a $25 copay. Will be resolving with my bank because I should be be entitled to pay it when I refusing labs and prescriptions plus I did not have a good experience. Waste of time! I am not taking two other meds and then have to wait and see if I can or cannot get GLP-1 meds. That is very harmful to the body!

Used PlushCare for about 1 year. Has been difficult getting through to a person if you have a question. Sometimes can be confusing trying to schedule and most recently had a form with questions pop up which I completed and then I’m charged an extra $20 for it, which insurance declined to pay. Deceptive.
