For weeks, I have been begging for any information on a prior authorization for insurance. I'm suspecting the longer they drag their feet, the more months' subscription they expect you to pay. I have reached out multiple times. On the third attempt, I was finally given a form for ME- not my doctor- to fill out for a prior authorization. I filled this out and submitted it back within an hour. 2 weeks ago. My insurance has received nothing. My pharmacy has reached out multiple times. This is a scam that preys on those of us who are struggling to lose weight and the best thing you can do is stay away.

Made me pay $200 for an appointment that took less than 15 min and my insurance refused to cover medication that was prescribed!!!

They are all about prescribing weight loss meds but if you need to get ahold of an on call doctor for taking the wrong dose or a side effect, there’s no one there. I had to call poison control.

This service is not reputable. Each visit with the MD will cost at least 130.00 dollars and the MD will recommend additional visits without cause. The intent is to extend the case out to bill for as many visits possible. I had an appt for weight loss medication. I sent my labs ahead of my visit for review. The MD did not review my records but on my five minute call I was advised I was missing a couple of labs. I assured the MD that I had the information and it was less than 30 days old and I would forward it to her. Well, the only way to send additional information is to schedule another 130.00 visit! The outcome is I am out of 130.00 and no script to get my weight loss medication. I contacted their customer service line and only got an order for new labs! Be careful of this agency. Use a local company like Red Mountain.

Insurance coding is a problem. My doctor requested basic bloodwork and the insurance coding was incorrect and it cost me hundreds of dollars. PlushCare has dragged their feet for months on a “resolution”

Worst health care in history! Scam artists! Claim they accept insurance but they really don’t accept most insurances. They’re the reason American people have the worst healthcare in the world. To see a doctor it’s 129 and if you need to get a refill on your prescription and the doctor forgot to do it during a session You will have to pay 129 again just to tell him he forgot to send out a refill. On top of this you’re paying $16 .99 for a membership that doesn’t include any useful benefits . The only thing this program is good for is to maybe get some weight lost medicine . And with even that they’ll give a placebo type medicine instead of ozemtic and claim it’s just as effective. When infact it’s a dud and has no affect whatsoever. Just stay away from these predatory telehealth type companies especially this one.

I had an appointment with a doctor who told me and I have in text that once I sent in paperwork they would prescribe the medication within 7 days. Seven days later I have no prescription. They charged my insurance company who I’m thinking of calling and reporting fraud. I did not receive the prescription within the time frame. Also, I was not informed beforehand that I needed bloodwork to receive prescription. I was told the blood work needed to be from the past two months. I have bloodwork and records from a year ago and should be used. They are making money off the bloodwork. Unless someone has a previous medical condition that requires recent bloodwork then it shouldn’t be required.

Scheduled an appointment for an online telehealth ADHD diagnosis and treatment. Was told by the provider they don't do that (their site says they do) but I can get a referral. Refuse to issue a refund and I'm going to make sure my insurance isn't billed either.
