Terrible company and will continue to charge your card as they please even after you cancel your subscription. When I complained, they said they would charge me whenever they wanted to for however much money they wanted to. I ended up having to close my debit card account and open a new one. Plush Care is a dirty scam!

I have a chronic condition that requires a medication with monthly refills. Typically, I meet with a primary care physician once a year to assess whether the medication is optimal for my current state. However, PlushCare will only give me one month of medicine at a time, insisting that I meet with one of their providers monthly for refills. This is not required by insurance or by law. It is price-gouging. In addition, you are automatically signed up for a paid monthly membership. You are not notified of this during the process of setting up a one-time appointment. Rather, the notification comes after you have been charged. PlushCare, in my opinion and experience, is a bad option for all medical needs.

They charged me $139.30 instead of the stated $129 self pay. They put me into their membership even though I had specifically declined it. They are now trying to charge me more because insurance didn’t cover them. What does “self pay” mean? Not paying them anything more. Scam. Did talk to the doctor and get my antibiotics though.

There are some features of Plush Care that are great ... others not so much. My favorite complaint is they advertise their "care team" is available 24/7 ... but when you contact them ... you are told please allow 2-3 business days for a response. I was just now told that it would take 2 days to transfer a prescription because the medication was "popular" - as if the demand for the medication places any additional burden whatsoever on your staff that transfer prescriptions. - Take your money elsewhere.

They took my insurance info and gave me a price of $136 and a monthly fee of $16.99. Without insurance is $129 with a monthly fee of $16.99. I payed thinking this was a one time fee and moving forward my co-pay would be $40 and the $16.99, the $40 is what i normally pay for a PCP visit. I called so see how much my co pays were going to be moving forward and was told 136 because plush is out of network for Cigna even though the Cigna logo is on their front page as an accepting in network insurance provider. Feel very duped, they want to see me next week as a follow up just to get a prescription. Called customer service and they tried to explain deductibles to me knowing a pcp visit doesn’t count towards a deductible.

What a horrible experience. Finally connect to the doctor virtually, I see him via video, I can hear him, he can't hear me. He keeps on insisting that I have my mic on mute, I don't. He then asks me to reconnect. I do. Then upon reconnecting he looks at me and shrugs his shoulders and disconnects. I immediately try reconnecting and he's gone. This entire experience took all but a few minutes. You would think when issues like this come up (which I'm assuming are common when you have various phones, laptops, connections, etc) the doctor would at least wait 10 minutes? Nope, they are gone. I needed advise which is why I paid the $129. Just a poor experience.

PlushCare is a joke. Never got my cough meds prescription called in. They repeatedly lied about having talked to Walgreens. I finally gave up. Then had the nerve to text me 24 hrs after appt to see if needed anything. I told them yeah to finish their job and call In the meds. Dont waste your money or time. You could die before you get what they promise to do

Dr O'Connor has not responded to my pharmacy for over 3 hours now, meanwhile I'm sitting here sick af with covid and can't get my prescription. Total bs. Called, emailed, sent message. She don't care at all. Very unprofessional. No empathy and they don't listen either. She went directly against what I asked and now left me hanging. Uncool. zero stars
