Many appointments times and doctors to choose from, the Doctor and all the staff are really nice and listen (which is everything!) and they respond to emails really fast which is amazing and a game changer. There are major benefits to telehealth, outside of a primary care provider and their organization. Like a second set of eyes and information.

The physician was super friendly. I did make her job easier though since I’m an RN and was able to put in my past medical history meds allergies, pshx etc. This made the visit pleasant for both of us. She was great, super friendly.

I was out of state for a week and got a stomach bug that left me with unbearable fever and chills. After a few days of it not getting any better, I decided I needed medical care, but my regular doctor couldn't prescribe out of state, and I didn't feel strong enough to go to urgent care, so decided to try PlushCare since they were licensed in New York, where I was traveling. I was able to get a virtual appointment within 40 minutes! The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable and listened carefully. He thought my case sounded bacterial rather than viral, so he sent an Rx for an antibiotic to a pharmacy half a mile from where I was staying. I felt markedly better by bedtime and felt like a new person the next day. It was so convenient and they took my insurance, so it was a great deal. I would definitely recommend!
