At first I was a little hesitant to try Plush Care with it being video visits but they set my mind at ease in my first visit. It was so easy and they have a doctor that can see you no matter your schedule. You even get to pick the doctor and see the reviews that other have left them. The doctor I chose is fabulous I can’t say enough good things about plush care and I would and have recommended them to my family and friends! Thank you Plush Care finally a group of doctors that understand busy life and want to get you healthy!

The doctor was very engaging. She clearly understood what my issue was and explained to me how best to treat it. She sent a prescription to my preferred pharmacy and I’m on the medication. I didn’t have to wait more than a minute or 2 after my appointment time to start talking with the doctor. She also told me about how to follow up if I needed further care.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and easily even with my busy schedule.

Best virtual healthcare experience. My provider really cares and is very attentive. I use them for most everything. I don’t miss going to doctor’s appointments sitting in waiting rooms for over an hour to be seen.

I have the best primary care Dr I have ever had. Helen Counts is kind and empathetic and really listens to me. I appreciate the convenience of virtual but the personalized experience of getting to choose and stay with the provider I enjoy. Thank you!

The app is very user friendly and easy to navigate. Dr. Ebony Raymond is wonderful she's informative, knowledgeable, friendly, and has made my experience very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this app to others.
