Horrible experience so far...tried to set one appointment with Dr Eleanore Bernadas and she showed up 15 minutes late, when we are asked to show up early. She seemed uninterested in helping me and was quick to force me to reschedule. Called customer service, they refunded me without asking to set up a new appointment, now I have two payments on my card and I am just trying to see a doctor, not very professional so far!!!!!!!

Update - 1 month later and I am still seeing attempts to charge my card. Even after a "We will not attempt to charge your card anymore" email. This company spams keywords to falsely advertise their services. Need a neurologist? A cardiologist? Plushcare has it all! That is, until you sign up for their services and find out they do not have any specialists, just nurse practitioners and general practice doctors... They prey on people who are desperate for help in a world where healthcare is inaccessible. My experience with a doctor was subpar at best. I could have ( and did) find better answers for my health issues with an AI. On top of that, they continue to attempt to charge my card month after month. I have sent them 4 separate emails requesting that they stop doing this, but I get emails from my card company telling me that they are charging it and the fee has been declined.

I wanted to ask a question. I have insurance. It was related to a medication my primary had given me. She’s in maternity leave so I made an appt with plush. 129.00 for this answer “ call your primary”. I am an RN - a reasonable person. I could have asked a random provider at work Ridiculous rip off scam. Do not use! On phone for 1 min. Again this is a fraud. A scam. Don’t think the person I talked to - maybe not even a doctor. They just put a white coat on him.

I was able to see a doctor very quickly after testing postive for COVID. I was charged $129 - for an appointment that lasted less than 1 min. Prescribed Paxlovid as requested. However, needed a -preauth for insurance. That should be a simple process. 4 days later and NOTHING done by Plushcare. Simply too late.

The doctor barely asked me any questions and then proceeded to prescribe me to a medicine I was already taking. Wouldn’t listen to me about what medicine I thought I needed. I need a z-pak and I was given a cough medicine. Rip off! DONT USE THIS SERVICE. I’m out $129 and no closer to feeling better

Booked the appt on their website. Appt was scheduled for 815 pm MST. After waiting on line until 915 pm MST with 10 unanswered emails, 2 phone calls and no doctor showing up, I cancelled while still on the app waiting. These crooks then auto charged my credit card another $50!! Theyve taken $65 from me and there is zero to show for it except an hour wasted.

If I could give zero stars I would. Don’t ever sign up or download this app. They are all crooks and thieves.

Very bad communication with the care team without addressing your issues. I would not recommend this tele health company
