The customer service is not great. The doctors keep pushing for blood tests even though you already had them done. Otherwise they will not give you any medications. Also the charges they keep charging your account even after you cancel the service.

I paid for a 15 minutes consult. The appointment was at 11:00 am, at 11:01, the doctor said good buy and just disappeared. He did not asked if there was something more he can help me with. In the pre consult survey I said yes to my interest on assessing myself for cholesterol and diabetes. The doctor never asked about it, and I did not had a chance of bringing out the theme. I wrote a complaint to the company and they apologized. However, they told me to schedule another appointment and ask for the referrals. I feel that I was robbed of my paid time, and treated in a careless way. I do not recommend this service.

This is a joke. I called, talked to a wonderful doctor. Then I could not get the script, they never sent it to 2 different pharmacies, customer service is AWFUL!!! I called to see if they could send it to another pharmacy they said 24-48 hours! Then they sent it, and the pharmacy did not get it, now I leave for home on an airplane tomorrow, with an earache. So they did absolutely nothing! I am fighting to get my money back. I am assuming I will not, therefore I am writing this to warn everyone else about this company!!

Horrible. Just awful. No nothing. Not kind inquisitive. Just the worst disappointment Charged me 3times after I cancelled. Scam!!! Stay away

This company is a joke. They try to rack up appointments, thus more $. I spent hours uploading requested info yet they kept saying things were missing and wanted me to go repeat the labs for yet more money and time wasted. You could clearly see I had the labs. I challenged them to go listen to the audio of my first visit to confirm what I was stating the doctor said. Nope, wouldn't do it. I had two doctor visits where the doctor never showed then I had to call to get my money back. Total waste of time. Oh yeah, you also have to be on a monthly subscription for $20.

Bad now that I ended up trying another telemeds for loosing weight prescriptions successfully ,I only can tell you that I have lost 400 dollars or more on this people do not do the same research. First you do not need insurance for semiglutide or anything like it check Henry etc ,the doctor prescribed me by purpose meds I can’t afford for 1000 per month when I want to talk to him is another 150 ?then they asked you for insurance and obviously your insurance denies after they making you fill out pleads and bunch of nonsense paperwork wanna talk to the doc ? Another 150 plus monthly membership of 30 something no one cares and after 300 for my labs and another 300 less I quit thinking I cannot afford meds for loosing Weight!!!! misleadingly intentionally uninformed company and doctors wasted me two months of weight loss therapy and money

I had difficulty connecting with my therapist Intried for 30 minutes and could not connect I requested a refund a will try a more personable solution

The only reason I am writing a review is because I saw someone else complaining about the automatic enrollment on their membership when you schedule an appointment. I saw the company reply to this person and it was an eye-rolling-moment because it is definitely not “clearly laid out” in the scheduling/payment process. I just realized this money is been taken off my account for the last three months. The service is also mediocre at most. The doctor seemed to have an incredible rush to get me out of the call. My call lasted less than 7 minutes BECAUSE I was asking several questions. He was done probably 4 minutes before that.
