PlushCare,dba AccoladeCare is a complete scam. They refuse to refill your ongoing medication unless you make an appointment every three months. Never had I had a problem refilling meds until I got suckered into this scam. They start out saying they are trying to establish a doctor patient relationship, then they send you for blood work you do not need and they will refill meds then and they don't. All they want is co=pays and billable hours for doing nothing. Stay away from PlushCare and AccoladeCare. Total rip off and bad medical care.

Honestly if there was an option for zero starts I would choose that option. The worst service ever! Please Please Please do not throw away your money! Doctors do not show up, they over charge, no customer service. Be ware and don’t make my mistake!

I used the service and opted to use insurance and was charged 122.88 for a visit, I thought ok they didnt use my insurance they just charged me directly. Only to then get a bill for an $64 for the same visit. The rep said if i had chosen to pay directly for the visit i would have paid $129 but I used insurance so my charge is now $240 or something like that. So I paid 122.88 and I now owe 64.16 additional plus what my insurance had covered for visit that was advertised for 122.88 when I clicked it. This is false advertising and bait and switch at its best.

Absolutely terrible support. Months went by with nobody helping me get prior authorization from insurance and nobody filing appeals on my behalf, despite multiple attempts. Wasted my time and money. Very disappointed and would like a refund on the months I had to spend waiting, when I received no communication despite multiple promises. Unethical company with incredibly slow response times. They will take your money but do nothing to actually help you get care. Oh, and I work in healthcare and understand the system. So this is coming from someone with inside knowledge. Don’t use this company. There is much better out there. Edit: after posting this, I can say they promptly reached out and refunded me for months of waiting for responses. I appreciate that, at least.

Plush will create obstacles related to direct pateint/quality care, requiring additional funds be deposited in order to receive care and or prescriptions. BEWARE, you will be $1K out of pocket in before you receive a half ass response.

I did the $35 special and did not go forward with it after my initial visit and I called to make sure I canceled and now I am getting a $205 bill. If I did without insurance it is $129. Total scam. I never new there was another charge

Submitted my insurance information. They processed my insurance and said it would be a $10 copay. After the appointment, however, I get a bill for $230. The appointment was less than 30 seconds of a doctor providing absolutely no insight, advice or remedy to my condition. Customer service has been completely unresponsive, half of the messages that I've sent have been returned saying that their mailbox is full. Horrible company, horrible service. Recommend staying away

I have spent lots of time trying to handle insurance and being told I am out of network when I am not. Phones are not answered in a timely manner. Very disappointed! Been dealing with this 3 days now!
