Had an account with them. When I tried to login a year later, all I kept getting was error codes no matter what I did. Very frustrating. When will these companies put a REAL human into the mix?

They are DANGEROUS
I paid for my appointment with a dermatologist. I met with an internist who was 4 minutes late and then told me that they only allocate 15 minutes per patient, so I had 11 minutes and had to hurry up. I had no time to really explain my issue. Then, despite have full access to my current Rx info (I had uploaded it before my appointment), the doctor prescribed me medication that my pharmacist said I couldn't take. The pharmacist said that the medicine prescribed by the plushcare doctor would be extremely dangerous when taken with my current blood pressure medication. I guess that's what happens when a doctor has 11 minutes to try to hear your issue and figure out what to do. I reached out to plushcare for my money back and they said that since they had "treated" me, they wouldn't refund it. This place is DANGEROUS and a total scam. If I had known up front that I was going to have to rush through trying to explain my issue and then might have my life endangered, there is no chance I would even have considered using this company.

Be careful about insurance!
I was duped because when I went to put in my insurance (before scheduling an appointment) the error code was a network timeout, not a “we don’t accept your insurance” message. The website clearly says they accept my insurance so I went into my first appointment thinking I’d be covered and that I would be covered for all my care with this company. So I assumed I could figure it out during the appointment. Also, there is a money-back guarantee if they are not able to “treat or assess” me.
They couldn't treat me because they don't accept my insurance, but they didn't tell me they don't accept my insurance until AFTER the appointment. The appointment wasn't substantive and I didn't receive any care, it was more of a consultation to get started. They should refund my appointment cost since I did not get anything in return for my money due to their lack of transparency and clear messaging. They should also update their website to exclude insurances they do not accept and they should update their website to inform you if they don't take your insurance before the appointment.

Good Initially then downhill after
They were good initially for weight loss medications. The doc was excellent, however they really have been problematic as they haven’t been submitting bills to my carrier properly and then stopped billing at all.
You have to pay them up Front for the visits on a credit card which is fine except they billed follow ups as urgent care which was denied by my carrier. Then they stopped billing at all and I should be getting reimbursed as I have met my out of network deductibles.
Also the prescription on last visit was supposed to be 90 day supply but they are only sending 30 scrips. This is a real PITA.
I was without medication for 2 weeks all the while e mailing and calling and getting no help.
No one reads my request or dic notes and or your communications when you text / e mail them. Kept getting canned responses.
Once again I am without medications after they again sent only 30 days of med!

Out of touch
I went for weight loss treatment. First, the doctor said my labs were fine, even though my cholesterol was high and I have high blood pressure. Then she talked about my mental health issues and said she'd like for me to be more stable. I tried to explain to her that I've had mental health issues since I was a teenager. You can't exactly make a bipolar disorder go away... I tried speaking up and asked what she meant by stable since I was confused. She became dismissive and stated that if she was going to prescribe anything, she would have to have to hear from my psychiatrist. She was snippy and lacked hospitality. She should be educated on general mental health and hospitality and work on her RBF. If you need services, please look elsewhere.

Taking money for services i didn't sign up for
This company is very corrupt. They somehow signed me up for a subscription I didn't want and I canceled it (lots of email proof) and then I've come to realize I've been paying for months now on a card I only use for emergencies! I'm soooooooo mad. It's all a scam and the website makes it easy to get an appointment and accidentally get wrapped up in a subscription, be careful!
MY REPLY TO PLUSH:
I canceled my membership as soon as I realized I was wrapped up in your scam and I have emails to prove it and you still kept charging me for months! Get outta here with that sad excuse and stop scamming. All these reviews with similar comments, even on the BBB. Shame on you!

Secret Charges, Hard to Cancel, Not Worth it.
They'll bill you upfront (I paid $60) and then bill you again after the fact (billed another $85). It's a scam and they know it. It's a shame when companies brand themselves as being for the client/patient. It's all a money grab. They also make it extremely difficult to cancel. 1/10...try somewhere else.

Refused to give me a prescription for throat/ear infection.
Refused to give me a prescription for clear throat/ear infection stating I had to get a strep throat test and then book another appointment to charge me again. Was simple throat infection and I got no help, or medication for almost $200 - complete SCAM! Will not be using EVER again.
