Used it once for a prescription, and paid a charge at that time to talk on-line with a Dr. Didn't know there was a monthly service charge, and only noticed it ten months later, (were charging my HSA. Called, and they refunded all the monthly subscription charges.

Overall a good and easy experience. I mistakenly duplicated a meeting request and got charged twice though, even though I only had one appointment. The bill should only occur after the appointment is completed, right?

I'd be glad to give PlushCare a 5 star rating - but respectfully suggest that you un-block Canadian patients who really need your service. Being out of country and in need of periodic medical attention for issues such as prescriptions etc., is extremely important. Not all Canadians have access to US computers and must rely on their cell phones! Other than that - your service is EXCELLENT!

The time out on making an appointment was two short for me. Had to choose a later time.

Amazed at how fast and convenient it was to set an appointment for a non-urgent issue especially when all of my local urgent cares had ridiculously long wait times due to covid. One thing I didn't like was being automatically enrolled into a subscription service.

Had a great experience using this app. Easy to use, Dr called me on time, was nice, seemed knowledgeable, answered all my questions. Prescriptions filled right after our appt. The one criticism I have is I think the doctors should take the time to follow up with their patients after the prescription runs out to see if the treatment worked. I suppose if it didn’t work the patient would tell them, but taking that extra step would make it feel more like a real doctor

This is a great service to have! The scheduling and choices are easy, I appreciate that I can read reviews BEFORE I select a provider, and the options were amazing, the caliber of professionals they have is very high quality. However one negative if I could find my insurance plan in the search option I would have loved to have an option to get my insurance information verified and set up with a doctor within my state to ensure ALL of my medications could be covered and prescribed.

The NP that I was directed to in order to get a prescription refill was not only very unfriendly, but also refused to refill my two prescriptions. She told me that the reason for her refusal was that in her opinion she was not getting enough money for it from PushCare. She had an odd, unprofessional and unpleasant manner. On the other hand, PushCare customer service responded quickly to my e-mail, and directed me to a friendly doctor, who had no trouble prescribing my medications in a timely and professional manner.
