My husband is in the military and when he had added me on his family account, they were able to give me the subscription discount. Which was really nice. I was taking a weight loss medication because my insurance doesn't cover it, and I've done all the necessary y steps through my insurance before my husband told me about Plushcare. I was able to book an appointment, find a doctor and she was able to prescribe me the medication. I feel like they should include military spouses. The only thing that's good about Plushcare are the doctors and customer service.

There are so many corporate layers it is impossible to achieve anything in a timely matter with Plushcare. There was an issue between a prescription from plushcare and my insurance. Resolving was insanely painstaking, since the response/solution they proposed was incorrect, and there is no way to communicate with them in real time for a solution- you are placed back in a que and have to wait 1-3 days for a reply. I didnt have that many days to wait, as I was already OUT of the prescription. Nobody seems to have initiative or the ability to actually get anything done, other than say they notified someone or entered a ticket. I could not be more disappointed in the lack of understanding, and lack of action on the part of Plushcare

Did an online search specifically for a dermatologist. The lending page specifically references "prescription skin treatments online". The Dr. I met online was very nice, hence the two stars, but she was a primary care physician and could not prescribe what was needed. She mentioned that in fact this company knows this page is misleading and still....here we are. She said, I won't be charged, but we shall see.

My doctor is fantastic. The Care Coordinators via chat are not very helpful and give repeated structured answers that do not answer the questions asked. One example: I messaged and directly said the information on my prior auth is wrong and if I needed to resubmit or if they would update. Received response of they'll let me know if they need anything. And that response was on the second message because it was not addressed earlier and still hasn't been. There is no way to tell what is going on. Chat is useless. The lack of proper communication and direct response to questions asked is now going to lead to a few weeks delay in medication. I will be finding a new provider and I will never recommend this company.

Recently started a subscription. On my first appointment, the platform errored out stating the browser was not compatible. My browser version (Chrome) was the on the latest release, along with my OS (Sequoia). I couldn't attend, so cancelled an hour before as I had only that one choice of browser as I was at work. I was charged not only for the visit ($130), but an additional $75. I was denied a credit to makeup the session at a later time after escalating to the Care team. I terminated my subscription shortly thereafter, never made the one month mark. UPDATE to the response: As noted in my review, I have already attempted to work this out with your Care team. I offered many avenues to fulfill the appointment - with a simple credit. Find my account and email, I won't reach back out. Your team was unhelpful.

Poor experience with a doctor, and the monthly fee was a surprise that I only noticed when I googled PlushCare reviews after my Dr. Appt went poorly. Had PlushCare been up front about the fee (and the appt gone well), I'd have been ok with paying $20/month, but by not being upfront about it, trust was destroyed before it even had a moment to develop. Back to Galileo (and Visana). They may have a much higher fee because they aren't covered by my insurance, but every interaction was top notch.

Doctor Barbee was awesome. She is caring and great at listening and working with you. HOWEVER the rest of it is inconsistent and inconsiderate. The website says (This includes copay and deductible information if available.) My insurance says I have a 0$ copay. However PLUSHCARE says I have to pay $30. Not to mention they now want $17 dollars monthly as part of the membership. There is no communication allowed between you and your doctor like in real doctor practices. You have to schedule an appointment every single time you need to ask your doctor anything or need a prescription refill. Although is it convenient because I can do it from home its not patient care centered. It seems to be more about how they can get more money.

Awful service . Not sure how they are in business . I had an apt at night and the doctor never logged in to the call. I needed prescription Sent right away thus why I paid the fee . I called customer service and they said we will reschedule you with the same doctor “saying the doc is having technical difficulties “ where in reality that doctor didn’t even exist. They rescheduled me and charged me again.. saying she will log in this time. Second time comes around the doct doesn’t log in again. I googled the doctor and its 2.3 star rating . Stay away from this company
