Hi, Thank you for reaching out! Per terms of service, when you book your first appointment, you are automatically enrolled into our membership program, which is free for the first 30 days. The membership is communicated in a multitude of ways: 1. There is a membership tab on the top of www.plushcare.com. 2. When you book the first appointment that enrolls you into membership there is a summary of the cost of the membership. 3. Hi Travis, we’re sorry you had a less than stellar experience with us. If using insurance, we provide a cost estimate at the time of booking. Once a claim is submitted to your insurance, depending on your coverage and benefits, you will can receive a refund if overpayment was received or an invoice if additional balance is due.
