Helped coordinate phone calls and spent extra time solving my problem. I was on the phone with her for almost an hour (including some hold times and waiting 15 minutes for initial answering of the call) but she was so helpful. Especially on a particularly stressful day for most companies (AWS global outage in Oct 2025).
