Would be less than 1 if possible. There is no way to cancel your subscription. They make it impossible. I emailed months ago to cancel, no word back. I got charged, went to the site again to try and cancel but there is no option. I googled and emailed for directions which do not work because it does not exist. Literally had to cancel my card to be done with this site. Untrustworthy, deplorable company.

They fraudulently took $180 out of my bank account without any notice, Bill, invoice or statement. I had already canceled my subscription and they STILL were withdrawing money out of my account without authorization or notice. They change their appointments fees all the time as well.

Horrible experience. Charged for nothing and felt as though I was being treated unfairly for not having the flu vaccine. I was very sick with 103 fever for 3 days, nausea and every symptom possible with the flu. She referenced numerous times that it wouldn’t be this bad if I had gotten the vaccine and there was nothing they could do at this point. My husband then got sick and made a virtual appointment with another online service that didn’t even ask him about the vaccine. They were empathetic, kind, and prescribed him tamaflu and a z pack, and a cough suppressant. I am happy for him but furious with my service. It takes a lot for me to make a doctors appointment for being sick. This may be the first one I have made in 20 years. I was and still am SICK. I know I probably should have gone to urgent care instead but moving felt too hard. First negative review I’ve ever given and I feel it’s warranted.

If you are trying to get Wegovy or Zepbound online, it's a lie! They are going to send you to a nearby lab where they are going to weigh you and do lab work. You have to be OBESE and have deadly diseases with one foot in the grave to "qualify," even if you're willing to pay thousands of dollars out-of-pocket for the medication. It's not online only.

If your customer service was as good as you all asking about it then you probably wouldn't have a problem. I'm sick, called you all, got medications, even sicker and I gotta wait for a 2-3 days response. I paid $120.00 for nothing. Doctors should be always available to answer questions of why the prescription is not working, period. It was smooth and fast to talk to a doctor, but if you have a problem then it's 2-3 response time. That's BADB BUSINESS and you want stay in it long!

They advertised that they work with insurance companies and can help you get prescribed compounded semeglatude. I believe this was just a scam to get people in the door and then charge their cards. They did not use my insurance and the doctor seemed completely unaware that this was being advertised by them and was against it as an option. So I was charged $200 , my issue want addressed and apparently they don’t work with my insurance. You can’t get anyone in billing to help. It’s all just to get your card on file so they can bill you. It’s a cash grab.

Do not use them!! I used my insurance when I booked the appointment and ended up paying more for the appointment than if I had told him I did not have insurance.. They would not do an adjustment !

Don’t use them they take your money don’t fix the health issue and want more money. I was sick coughing prescribed antibiotics they didn’t fix my issue so I asked for something else was told I need to pay the $129 again.
