The entire process was easy. The person I talked with was very caring and genuinely interested in helping me.

I woke up in the middle of the night with an awful sinus infection after a week with a cold. I was able to make a virtual appointment for the next morning to get antibiotics and was relieved I didn’t have to sit at the ER or go to urgent care when I was feeling so sick.
