The doctor was definitely a five star. The problem was my medication. After the second day of taking it, I was so sick. I couldn’t eat or drink anything. And I was vomiting and I had horrible stomach pain and intestinal pain. I think the deuce was way too strong for me. my IBS kicked up about two weeks ago and it’s been bothering me ever since. Maybe that’s my fault for not telling the doctor what was going on with my IBS. Anyway, I stopped taking the meds. Hopefully the urinary track infection doesn’t appear. I’m drinking lots of water.

Very strange that you need a membership subscription on a monthly basis just to meet with the doctor for a prescription. Doctor was good though.

I started out super impressed by this company as a convenient way to handle minor healthcare issues and questions. I had planned to add my family members as well. I really liked my doctor. Unfortunately, I had an appointment that I rescheduled on their app and had confirmation of the change, but they charged me for a no show to the old appointment I had canceled (24 hours before it was scheduled). Customer service was not helpful in resolving the issue, and I wasn’t about to give them more money the next day to schedule the same appointment I had already had scheduled. Thinking an on-ground doc, while not as convenient, might be the best way to go than relying on an app that apparently isn’t working right all of the time for scheduling.

Still a member currently. I love my doctor. She’s informative and honest. She listens and gives feedback. My appointments are neither too short nor too long. I feel good after an appointment. On another note, the customer service is by far the worst I’ve ever had to deal with to date. I still have an unanswered message from December and it’s the end of February now. It seems as if they want you to have to keep making appointments in effort of having one question answered. And yes, I was definitely over charged although the company did refund my money back. I’m surprised to see after reading other reviews that you can not remove your card information, that’s very concerning. All in all, the doctors are great, the app itself needs a lot of work as do the customer service. By the way, thanks Dr. Jah, You’re in a class all by yourself!!

I have been a long time member and love the Dr's. The customer service is weak and takes way too long to respond to requests. I have not had a single prescription go through without some sort of issue.

Made an appointment for 5:45p. was on the call at 5:35. dr came on - spoke - and said hi - but acted like she couldnt see me. then popped on and off. the communication states that if they cant reach out they will call you. no one called me. as im trying to figure out why this isnt working - they bill my card. horrendous. i really need my prescription and am between drs. When i go back in to the app the appointment says 2:45p but the email said 5:45p and i booked a 5:45p appointment. I was able to get in touch with someone within 30mins of all of this happening and customer service was very attentive and understanding and credited me for another appointment for the next morning...stay tuned on that appointment.

The 3 days to send a PA to insurance seems excessive for a form thats already filled out. This is not good service however the doctor was good and the call was a pleasant experience

There are features that could make this experience better. The doctor is nice enough but with using insurance I’m only saving $10 out of pocket. Unable to download a PDF of the charges for reimbursement from my flexible spending account. Also, unable to download the visit summary into a PDF file. Update: I was also unable to get a prescription and the response time can take over a week.
