Unauthorized charge for lab work when I have my own insurance and had the labs done at Quest. 1 doctor I have been seeing is late in a regular basis. Last time 1 hr and 30 min late. Saw another Dr regarding lab results. This woman had the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. I could have just had a conversation with my self.

Do not trust!
I would say overall, do not trust this company. I'm desperate for epinephrine due to MCAS, which my PCP doesn't believe I have (my functional medicine doctor is convinced I have it), so I made this appt. I got a call 10 MINUTES IN ADVANCE which I failed to pick up, and promptly received a text saying they'd charged my card $75 for a no show. I did get ahold of customer service, and was told they'd refund the money within 5-10 business days, and they supposedly rescheduled me for tomorrow. When I asked what happened today, Lorenzo said it was "beyond him" and likely "not the company." That's not true at all, because it was the exact same number I ended up calling for customer service!
Again, do not trust. I am in this deep, so may as well see if a dr shows up to my call at the proper time tomorrow. If not, I will be calling my credit card and ensuring all subsequent charges from them are canceled/blocked.

Horrible Experience with Doctor and Customer Service.
The appointment and follow up customer service was a waste of money. I had to pay out of pocket for the appointment. The doctor visit felt very rushed and the doctor constantly interrupted me when I was discussing my current symptoms. My pharmacy only received 1 out of the 3 Rx the doctor said they were prescribing. Had to call customer service 5x and always received mixed messaging and no follow up. I ended up going to Urgent Care and all this while I was sick. Will never use this service again! Beware

Too complicated. Too long of a delay.
Lab orders never arrived, so a massive waste of time & money that I don’t have. Will not be pursuing treatment.

Practitioners I experienced were fine

Customer care is crap. A test was ordered that my insurance company bounced back. I have good insurance, so would seem very odd to have a test come back as not covered. Plush customer care does almost nothing to sort out the issue. They just send a bunch more diagnostic codes. Okay. Fine. Then the insurance company bounces it again as uncovered. They say, we will submit it again. I say what codes did you submit this time, last time, and the first time. Well, that is pulling teeth. But short story--the resubmitted the same stuff. Do we expect a different outcome?? If a doctor is ordering a test not likely to be covered, I want to know ahead of time. If billing has no idea what codes to put, I want it fixed. If billing repeats the same stupid stuff, and it costs me hours and 300 dollars extra, then, No. No thank you.
If your issues have zero--I mean--zero complications and you have a dirt simple, straightforward situation--I will say--maybe this is okay? Although, They are going to push you to make extra appointments for nothing just to get prescriptions refilled--because that generates revenue.
RESPONSE TO PLUSH REPLY: Yes, my experience was less than stellar. I have reached out already. I have had many emails. Nothing has changed. I get it, and you should just own it: Less than stellar is just a business model--and in response, I will be less than a customer.

Dr Leah Threadwell. Avoid this one.
First and foremost I’ve never had problems with PlushCare in the beginning but it’s a steady decline and sure enough I had this Dr Leah Threadwell. I sat there and told her I was going through some stuff and this medicine worked for me and she didn’t everything in her power to say no. What a terrible human being. I was telling her it made my issues go away and she was telling me I was wrong. It doesn’t work that way when I know how my body works and functions. I ended up going thru a different service. It’s funny how they had no issue with it since is not a controlled substance. PlushCare is officially crapcare.

Doctor was good, billing is aweful!
Husband used after getting COVID on Thanksgiving n spending hours in Urgent Care, only to be given wrong rx dose due to only having 1 kidney. Unsubcribed as required after "free trial" but still getting bills, almost a year later! We have called repeatedly n told they would fix it n reverse the charges, but we r still getting told we owe money, even after giving them our primary n secondary insurances, after which there should be no further balance. Incredibly frustrating. Don't do it if u r debating it - it is just not worth it!

Doctor was rude and seemed annoyed
Normally, I’ve had a good experience with this company. I’ve been using their services for about 2 years. This time, the first doctor I that I had scheduled with never appeared for the appointment. After waiting about 15 minutes, I was given the option to reschedule with a different doctor, which I did. That doctor was rude and condescending and never did refill my prescription, even though I had provided all the information he asked for. I pay a monthly fee for this service and paid $129 for this particular visit, and received nothing in return, except to be made to feel as though I was bothering the doctor.
* I might add that I have been compliant with all requests and have been receiving regular refills when I call in, there shouldn’t have been anything different about this visit. I left feeling embarrassed and not understanding what happened.
