Did a video visit, prescription was not sent in to pharmacy as promised (still waiting) and appointment notes were not sent even after I called and they told me they would be sent. Also it signed me up automatically for a subscription. Do not use this site.

Don’t use PlushCare
The first person I met with was 10 minutes late to our call, it went smoothly she said she would send in prescriptions for me and we hung up. I go the next day to pick up these prescriptions and they’re no where to be found so I call back and they tell me the doctor simply forgot to send them in but they won’t be able to get ahold of her for 11-24 hours. I tell them it’s urgent they say I’ll likely hear back in the next couple of hours. So 8 hours go by, and I’m getting increasingly sick so I call back and they inform me the doctor just didn’t respond and that I can meet with a new one. So I meet with the new doctor, who is also 10 minutes late just for her to tell me she doesn’t want to prescribe me anything because she believes I should see a doctor in person. So I basically wasted 42 hours of being sick to people who did nothing but take my money and waste my time. Don’t use this service save your time and money and go somewhere in person. I only did this because my body was too weak to go to a doctor and my schedule didn’t have space for a visit but I didn’t know something that was meant to help this experience would indeed make it worse and be a waste of time.

Doctors No Show, Zero Customer Service
My wife used PlushCare and the first visit was OK, but the second appointment was cancelled by the doctor for no reason and no reschedule. She rescheduled and the doctor never showed. All during this time, PlushCare was charging for their membership and not only providing NO SERVICE, but they cost her time and are incredibly disrespectful of patient's time. If you don't show, they charge you, but if they no show, you get nothing. She called their customer service and SURPRISE, no one answered. STAY AWAY from this fraudulent company, they will take your money and not provide a service, they will leave you hanging, and they don't answer their phone!

More plushcare gaslighting
Hi all,
Here is another chapter regarding gaslighting from plushcare.
I received a new note.
Their note states, they cannot offer the care necessary for the ozempic care program. Seeing a doctor in person is a requirement. (My last online medical service never did that. If it was true,Plushcare will refer you to a physician to see in person)
Strangely, their website offers Ozempic as a medication the can managed and prescribe. 🤣
Their website offers service to manage chronic medical conditions including diabetes. In my case, this is what I use Ozempic for.
Their website states they offer in-person visits if needed by referring you to see a doctor in person. 🤔 plushcare states it offers, annual physicals and primary care physicians. Since they say they can't assist patients requiring in person care, this would not be possible.
They state they deliver chronic care services in a way that works for you.(It's not working for me)
Well that's all for now folks! Please don't be stupid like I was. Vet a service before you sign up and if you feel uneasy about anything, stop and move on to another option. Check with the better business bureau website. I liked at the first 25 or so review. Most described their service as terrible.
Oh! I almost forgot.
If you need to speak to a person at the office, you can't! The only option is to use their portal system to write notes to staff. This is not email! It's electronic letter writing, lol. Reply can take up to 2 or 3 days!I was finally given a number to call, (I swear you can't make this stuff up), the number doesn't work. UNBELIEVABLE!🤣

The DO NOT Check Coverage
They sent a cost estimate and later billed me for the full amount saying that they were out of network and the insurance denied it. I provided my insurance details, ID number and group number. They clearly did not check beforehand!! Their cost estimator was fraudulent.

I did a telehealth appointment with Dr…
I did a telehealth appointment with Dr O I told her that I had uti symptoms. She would prescribe me any medication because she wasn’t sure that what it was even though i told her it was I have one before so I know . She told me I could go the er . I’m not going to er for a uti . I ended up wasting my boyfriends money on nothing they did not take my insurance. I had to go to another provider and he gave me an antibiotic. I think I should get my money back since she did nothing for me .
