Disgraceful. Extremely unprofessional billing and customer service.
Update as of 6-9-25: Extremely unprofessional billing and customer service. PlushCare’s system confirmed my doctor was in-network when I registered. I had three visits — two were covered by insurance, and one mysteriously wasn’t, despite using the same doctor and insurance. Their billing department made a mistake with my insurance policy number (two digits missing), yet instead of taking responsibility, they sent me a $160 bill with zero explanation. I had to do all the legwork to find the issue myself. Their response? "Not our problem." Disgraceful. Great doctors, but a terrible, careless billing department that will leave you with surprise charges and no help. Avoid this service unless you’re okay paying out-of-pocket for their mistakes. I’m taking this to my lawyer and sharing my experience publicly. 5-20-25 Update on my previous review: The doctors are very good. Having a problem with billing being done properly. For the first time in 20 years, having my insurance, it’s the first and only time that my regular doctor’s visit didn’t get covered, and PlushCare just charged me $160 and wants me to fix the issue. Maybe I don’t understand something, but in over 20 years having my insurance and getting all kinds of doctors' visits and procedures, not even 1 did I have to deal with billing or insurance company issues. Otherwise service is good and very convenient. Will update my review based on the situation's development
