140.00 and 2 min conversation asked for a refund and they denied me. Even adapter i was told I was going to get a refund.

Too expensive. Paid $140 then was charged an additional $50 for one 8 minute visit. This is on top of the monthly membership charge. The convenience is not worth this price.

So far I've been waiting 30 minutes PAST my appointment time to meet with a doctor. This is unacceptable and if they can't meet their quotas they need to reach out to me, not just have me waiting on hold. They say I can reschedule, but what's another couple of HOURS on a work day....

First appointment: I paid, I did the health questionnaire, I did everything I needed to do, waited 20 minutes and the doctor never showed up. I called and they cancelled my subscription and refunded my money. Total waste of time. Don't bother using this company!

Quick to get to a doctor but didn't tell me what they were going to prescribe, they had to "think about it". Eventually prescribed something unsuitable. I didn't pick up the prescription. They will not issue refund, even though their website says "If we're unable to treat you, we'll provide a full refund".

This is a SCAM!! I scheduled an appointment and the doctor was rude and lied to me and rushed along the appointment so she could get my money. I specifically asked if I would get a refund if I was unable to be treated and she told me yes but that was a bold faced lie. I was scanned out of over $130 for a 5 min appointment with a lying fake doctor.

I used PlushCare for theropy services. The providers they offered did not provide the level of care I expected. One therapist was clearly multitasking during a session. Ultimately I elected to cancel services. I contacted customer services and the services were canceled…so I thought. For months a 20 dollar service charge appeared on my bank statements. When I began researching it, I found that it was from PlushCare. After contacting customer service, I was informed that there are two steps to cancellation. I had canceled my services, but never requested to cancel the “membership.” I’m not sure why I would elect to cancel all services but leave an active membership with no services or benefits. This is simply shady business practice -one that I hope lands them in trouble in the near future.

We are on vacation and I realized I had a UTI. To cause the least amount of disruption to the trip, I scheduled an appointment with PlushCare at 1:15p.m. I waited on a video call for 20 minutes and the doctor never showed up. I was then requested to reschedule the appointment and pay another $20 copay. I tried to call them and they finally responded an hour later. They said my first copay was refunded and I should’ve received an email (I didn’t). She tried to reschedule me for 6:15. I told her that was too late. I wanted to pick up a Rx and be back to the hotel before then. I also had no confidence/guarantee that the doctor would show up to the appointment! I then canceled my subscription. Absolutely no communication due to their doctor missing my appointment, no apology and completely unprofessional. I went to a local urgent care and got a Rx. Never again!
