I had a great experience with the service. The doctors were attentive and listened to my concerns, called in an antibiotic when needed and also switched it when it didn’t agree with me. Thanks for all your help. Would definitely use your service in the future.

I got a great doctor and there were no hitches (on the 2nd effort--the app worked perfectly, but through a browser on the desktop, not so much.) The doctor was decisive and knowledgeable about medications. Much better than going to an office full of sick people, and with more convenient scheduling.

I love PlushCare! My doctor is so sweet and attentive, and she doesn't treat me like I'm just a number. I'm a truck driver, so taking time off to get to a doctor's appointment is very difficult for me. It is SUPER convenient, and I will definitely continue using PlushCare!

My Dr. was very good. We reconnected a couple of days after my initial visit. I followed her instructions and tried to take care of my problem with over the counter products. Unfortunately it didn’t resolve my problem. So I had a second visit the following week and the same Dr. the prescribed an antibiotic. That seemed to resolve my issue and the Dr. still followed up with me via email a couple of days later. I feel that this is a very nice service. I can’t remember this kind of service from any Dr. that I’ve ever had before. Very comforting. I like this service very much.

I have been using the same physician, Dr. Hilary Lin, for the past year for a variety of needs during the Covid pandemic. She listens and provides plenty of time to get my questions answered. Being able to do the appointments from home is terrific.
