Convenience . The app is easy to use. Appointments are easy to schedule. Doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. I am self pay, the cost is a faction of what I paid before. PlushCare has negotiated cost with the Laboratory provider. Has been a great experience.

Carmen from the Care Team was amazing! I had issues with Accolade phone app and wasn't able to book a virtual dr. appt for my son. I called Accolade twice, got passed around and the call kept dropping. By the time I got to Carmen, I told her my frustration and she ensured that she stayed with me throughout the entire process and got my son the appt with a dr. she was also very caring and compassionate and really made my experience much more pleasurable EVEN though I was on the phone for nearly 2 hrs trying to get to someone to help me.
