Awful interface and customer service. Scam company.

Dr Ann was incompetent sent me weight labs instead of diabetic never told me to upload my doctor records showing elevated glucose and CAD that aualifies for wagovy and my age 74

This company was good until my Dr went in vacation. I had two apps, one for refills and then one for bloodwork results. Everything came back great. The while reason for both appointments were for continued refills. Same medication I have been in for 15 years. They came back and said I need to book another appointment for a refill. It has not even been 60 days. Horrible customer service in returning my messages. What a waste if a great idea! Greedy company I guess. I will be going back to a regular Dr who actually knows me and cares about me.

They always tell you if u are sick see a dr.Im ill now head hurts sinus,not well.need antibiotics.If I use them they always say prob virus.Go get over counter products.Hell I can do that without even talking to them.they suck.was 2 years back.haven’t called them again.

This company is a fraud, I literally went in for a preventative care visit and they changed the code to bill me $188.00. They put my code under counseling. The very doctor that I saw quit the very next day. Dr. Kenesha Kirkland is apart if this fraudulent activity. Please do not ever use this service. This the craziest fraudulent company if you want to call it that. I am so angry I didn't research this scam before falling for this.

I would not recommend PlushCare based on my experience. I scheduled two visits with a doctor (July 31 and August 8). Each time I paid a $42 copay, but the service I received was extremely poor. The doctor rushed through both visits, spending no more than a few minutes each time, and did not provide proper explanations about my blood test results. I felt like she only wanted to end the video call quickly instead of giving me the attention and care I expected. Later, I was unexpectedly billed $178 and $128 more, even though I had already paid my copays. PlushCare later admitted that their provider was out-of-network for my Aetna EPO plan — something they never told me before the visits. If I had been informed, I would have chosen a doctor in-network and avoided these charges. Patients should be aware that PlushCare may not clearly disclose insurance network participation. Even after multiple attempts to resolve the issue with their billing department, I was told they could still charge my bank account under their Terms of Use. This creates unnecessary stress and frustration for patients.

MD did not listen to the history of my concern regarding sinus infection. Told her I got this every year for 40 years and was effectively treated with amoxicillin. Told me I was not treated correctly for 40 years !!!-- even though treatment worked. Said I had a virus and would have to wait 10 days before any medication. Great. Really helped. I could not breath. Sick in bed for 5 days. Her answer was pre-planned. Cold as ice. Finally got correct treatment from local MD.

Doctor didn’t let me explain anything or ask me any questions just said I can’t help you.. 36 hours later had a teledoc appointment with Oshi and the doctor listened and called in my prescription
