Fast call back, very nice doctor. Will be using agin in the future

I was feeling awful for a couple of weeks with bronchitis and waiting for my own primary care to get back to me. Exhausted and done waiting i started searching on Yelp for urgent care. After reviewing and researching PlushCare, I tried to give it a chance. I filled out the information scheduled a virtual appointment within 15 minutes and downloaded the app. Everything was super simple and convenient. The video chat with the Dr. Went smoothly and told her exactly what was going on and how I have been previously treated for it. She was able to prescribe me the meds needed for bronchitis and I was able to pick them up at my pharmacy of choice within an hour. This made my day and I was so happy to finally get some help. Will definitely be using in the future and highly recommend. Thank you.

My experience was great. The Dr. was efficient, caring, great listener and knowledgeable. He asked lots of questions pertaining to me and my health and made recommendations. I am very satisfied, better than the Dr.'s I've been going to see in person. Hope they are here to stay.

first time using PlushCare and I was impressed from start to finish

I had a severe rash I made an appointment With Dr. Lee the appointment went very smoothly She asked a lot of questions called in a prescription for me within a couple of days the rash was completely gone. I get really nervous when I go to the Dr. so I haven’t been to one in years. I felt very comfortable talking to Dr. Lee she took care of my problem and I will not hesitate to call again if I have any health issues in the future

Plush Care Doctors are always there and outstanding when I have basic medical needs (Sinus Infection, Medication Refill, Etc). In this Covid era that has impeeded even some normal medical preventive measures such as physical's Plush Care Doctors have been able to prescribe and assure my heath through blood testing and Cologuard screening. Kudos Plush Care!!
