This was perfect for me. We changed insurance policy increased it to the platinum 😟👀 my family physician was not in the network. I haven't found a physician I like. I need RX refills. I was asked a few questions for health concerns because of the RX I take, that was it . Loved my Dr. Recieved RX in 2hr.

So far very good care. Dr.Ashe and Dr. K. Saunders are EXCELLENT physicians. They dig deeper to find the root cause of your symptoms. Will continue with PlushCare membership because of their expertise and caring demeanor.

I can Not say enough about what a great experience I have had with Plush! My doctor is Amazing- Knowledgeable, Professional, Truly Compassionate and pays attention the entire visit.

As always, I decided it was time to see a doctor on a Saturday and I couldn’t get in to my own or to an “urgent care” clinic (they were all booked until the next day). I saw good reviews for PlushCare and decided to try it, and it was a terrific experience. I met with the doctor—“in person” on my phone—and she took the time to review my symptoms, ask questions and allow me to ask questions. So now I’ve been taking antibiotics for a probable sinus infection for two days already instead of still trying to get a traditional doctor’s appointment, and I’m feeling better. I’m not going back to traditional doctor visits unless it’s something way more serious. It took 15 minutes of time with no driving or endless sitting in waiting rooms and exam rooms. This review has taken about the same amount of time as my appointment on PlushCare. Two thumbs up!

I have been astonished about the care I received from the PlushCare couple of days ago. When I had an asthma attack two nights ago, I was gasping for air and could not sleep for most of the night and I was debating whether should I go to emergency room. In the next early morning, I searched my phone and trying to find an asthma doctor near me and the PlushCare information showed up. I have never heard about the PlushCare before and looked into more information. It appears it is an online 24/7 medical service. I called the number and there was a real lady answered phone. After she got to know my problem, she was very kind and very understandable my problem and indicated that there will be doctors available to see me over the video visit. After I expressed I need a doctor ASAP, she checked the schedule and told me Dr Wade can see me at 9:30, about 1 hour after my call. She helped me signed up my appointment and downloaded the app and showed me step by step how to call in at 9:30 with the doctor. At that point I was hopeful and skeptical about to be able to see a doctor within one hour of calling the appointment. At 9:30, I called the app video and Dr Wade was very professional and friendly and understanding my problem right on the spot. I had asthma attack before and talking to him through the video made me very confident and comfortable about his expertise. He then prescribed three medications for me that were exactly what they should be and what I needed at the time. He asked me my pharmacy and 30 minutes late I got the medications. On the day I took my medications my symptoms have improved dramatically and today I feel almost back to normal. For my situation the visit only cost $25. They appear accepting many different types insurances. To be able to see a doctor within one hour of call is not possible in my previous experiences. The services are outstanding from the receptionist to the doctor’s online visit. I will definitely use the PlushCare for my future needs and have strongly recommended to my friends and colleagues.

Wonderfully easy to use and convenient. I can make an appt for evenings and nights and take the time to talk in the privacy of my room with a dr that cares to listen and is knowledgeable and can help with whatever medical problem I may have. Just so freeing to be more in charge of my health like this. Empowering.
